Most people, mostly kid tend not to hangout with fat kids and fat kids get unreciprocated friendship and frenemies than the tiny ones.
We should pass good teachings to our hunger one to know that discrimination will led to hatred, bitterness, isolation and depression and that we all are beautifully made in the likeness of God our father. The may be fat and ugly but definitely not before God.
Let's teach our self and young ones to stay off bullying and discrimination. And also help bring down childhood obesity by following the necessary guidelines set by the USC Researcher.

If the message of your article is that we need to spread good vibes and treat every person kindly, no matter the size, then it would probably be better if you'd substitute the word 'fat', which has a negative tone, with 'plus-size', 'curvy' or at least 'bigger', as in 'a bigger person', although the last one is not ideal either.
