How many times I have told you never to entertain a lady in our home whenever I am not around. This is the height of your infidelity and abuse on our marriage. I am done here!

Suzie shouted her intestine out to Jordan when she returned home and found a colleague of his who had come to pay him a condolence visit for the demise of his stepmother.

Jordan was raised by his stepmother. His mother died after delivering him. So he was told. Until then, he had never for once thought that Rose wasn't his mother. After his mother's death, his father married Bimpe to keep the family going and to nurture Jordan.

He had the best of care from Rose who ensured he lacked nothing. After his university education, which was hugely sponsored by Rose, his stepmother, Jordan got a job in an oil firm.

It was a breakthrough for him when he got the job. The selection process was quite hectic. For a position of two, almost a thousand people applied for the job. Thankfully, Jordan was the first to be employed.

His employment came when his stepmother was fighting with a chronic disease that medically cannot be proven until she died.

That faithful morning, as he alighted from his official car, walked into his office, and settled down for the day job, a call from a relative announced the death of his stepmother. Jordan breathes down heavily on hearing this news. That day, daylight turned into night. As they say, it was sunset in the morning.

Jordan reported to the Manager and he was granted an excuse to stay away for a week from work.

The remains of Jordan's stepmother were taken to the morgue while the family arranged for a befitting burial for her. Jordan was ready to foot the bill of a woman who played the role of mother for when after his birth and Suzie his wife was indifferent about it.

Even though there had been protracted cases of jealousy on the part of Suzie, where she doesn't want to see friends, especially female friends of Jordan. She wants them away. Jordan has lost all his friends sake of the nagging and unfriendly attitude of his wife, Suzie.

Before she went to her office, the third day after the death of Jordan's stepmother, Suzie had asked Jordan to reconsider his intention of a lavish burial for late Bimpe considering the state of the economy of the nation.

When Suzie arrived at the office, her table is piled up with three days' file for clearance for loan applicants. She works in a micro-finance bank. One of the files she had to treat that morning required a reference detail which she left at home. Since it was meant for an important customer of their bank, she decided to go back home to pick her flash drive and to check on Jordan who was still mourning her stepmother's death.

Meanwhile, Ramat one of Jordan's colleagues came home to pay her condolences to Jordan for the loss of her stepmother. She was there trying to speak Jordan out of mourning when Suzie bopped in and found her. She frowned immediately on sitting Ramat. Her body language was so unwelcoming.

Jordan knew that Suzie would overreact but he just sat there on the sofa powerless as she raged. Ramat looked so confused as to why Suzie would speak like a manner less woman but she also just kept her cool. She was so angry that he spoke on for minutes. The worse, she entered her room, packed her belongings, and left her home.

Ramat rose and scolded Jordan to go after his wife:

Jordan, don't sit there and allow this woman to leave. This is a crucial time in your life.

Jordan spoke like a whisper in reply to Ramat:

Let her have her way, please.

So, Jordan sat still as Ramat walked away from their home.

After the incident, Ramat decided that her visit has already done enough she told Jordan that she has to take her to leave. Jordan walked her to the gate and returned to his living room.

The burial was conducted but Suzie did not attend neither did she call to ask for the welfare of Jordan.

Jordan's inlaws, that is Suzie's family elders after finding out what transpired between the two decided to meddle into the affair.

He explained how Suzie was going to ruin his social life. All the friends he had before getting married to Suzie have left him because of Suzie. He was not ready to take more of her mannerism.

It was a serious session as Jordan was standing between the devil and the deep blue sea.

Its been a month since the family meeting that conveyed on the matter and Jordan hasn't not given a response. If you were in his shoes, what would you do?

If I am Jordan, I will surely leave Suzie. Common, he doesn'y deserve a woman who has ni manner and unfriendly. She should trust her husband and not freak out over little things. Jordan is her husband, not her property.

Great story!! Jordan's wife is a jealous woman but she took it to the extreme, if it was me I would forgive her if she comes back within a year but if she doesn't I won't call her
