Daily wildlife photography: the roadside hawk, Rupornis magnirostris. This species has a lot of subspecies, and a great diversity of plummages. This is the Costa Rica one, photographed... you've guessed: on the roadside! :) Somewhere between Arenal and Monteverde, there it was, busy feeding and not noticing me while I took some photos. #Photography

You're so right, my best photo shots of wild creatures are often from roadsides and even with some quite traffic on those roads..!
