Method:
Wash the pulses and boil with salt and turmeric.
Soya chunk is boiled for ten minutes with a little salt. Then it should be cut into small pieces by pouring cold water.
Now fry the onion and garlic in a pan with ghee, cumin, dried chilli foran and fry the soy-dal mixture until golden
