covid19 is taking the world by storm. It is can be easily transmitted if youre not very cautious.
People are afraid, countries on lockdowns, panic buying and many more.
I am working as an emergency room nurse for 2 years. When the covid19 hits our country, Philippines, our institution devices plans to eliminate the spread of the virus. But sadly because of lack of personal protective equipments. Many of us are infected, im lucky that im not one of those. As time goes by, people right now dont care anymore. Because if you dont work, whose the one will feed your family, so they are taking the risk.
So here are some tips to prevent being infected:
Always wash hands
Avoid crowded places if possible
Maintain social distancing
Eat healthy food
Exercise
