First of all, eating fruits and vegetables makes you healthier. Fruits and Vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals that are essential for good health. For example, grapes, and guavas are one good source of vitamin c while carrots are rich in vitamin a. For vitamin c and a, vitamin c is needed for healthy teeth and gums while vitamin a is vital for our good vision. Thus, there is no need to wear spectacles if you want to eat vegetables that are rich in vitamin a.

Eating fruits and vegetables will provide a clear complexion and it can reduce pimples on your face because fruits and vegetables are also rich in vitamin b which is essential for healthy skin. Skin issues are usually from girls, they are worried about their skin tone and pimples on their face. So, by eating fresh vegetables and fruits, they might get a better appearance among their friends and boost their confidence when conversing with them or with their friends.

Other than that, fruits and vegetables are cheaper than junk foods and fast foods, because junk food and fast food are not only determined for our health but also they are very expensive to buy. Nowadays, there are a lot of youngsters who love to eat fast food and love to eat junk foods although they are already what are the side effects when eating junk foods. This is a kind of parasitism because this only benefits the manufacturers and this will lead to many chronic diseases among the consumers especially children who love to eat junk foods every day.

Also, when you are in a stage that doing the diet, don't forget to include fruits and vegetables so that it will make you feel more energetic and active all day. By this, it will make you more active in any sport do you love to do and it will keep you away from a sedentary lifestyle which will lead to many diseases. In other words, eating fruits and vegetables can reduce us from getting diseases and make our bodies healthier.

I know how much is healthy consuming this groceries in our diet. I need to eat more apples, I love it, and so oranges. I love banana as well, but we can't eat it very much and kiwi too. Body cleanse will start with proper consumption of different fruit and vegetable and we'll see very soon results and we'll be happier.
