Liver with Bacon & Onions - Richness of Proteins and Iron Last time when I cooked liver I wanted something exotic and light, and I came up with Thai Pork Liver. The advantages of adding liver to your diet where covered in the post so now is just a short resume and reasons why you should consider liver based recipes. https://www.publish0x.com/art-of-happiness/thai-pork-liver-and-the-benefits-of-eating-liver-xolzkpp Liver is a high-quality protein source and high in Iron. Protein is absolutely vital for our body, building block of muscle, as well as being key to post-workout repair while the Iron found in livers is easy to digest, helping the body to create red blood cells and keeps your blood healthy. Increasing your iron intake will help you to combat fatigue and to metabolize proteins. Vitamin A is also an important catalyst for many biochemical processes in the body and is absolutely essential for nutrient assimilation, bone development and fertility therefore is important to consume vitamin A from whole foods like liver, which offer a balanced nutrient profile and are safe, prepared as nature intended. Gram for gram, liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods available to us. It contains a large amount of high-quality protein, an easily absorbed form of iron, all of the B vitamins, including B12, and folic acid, balanced quantities of vitamin A, many trace elements and minerals including copper, zinc, chromium, phosphorous and selenium, essential fatty acids EPA, DHA and AA, as well as the powerful antioxidant CoQ10. **Liver with Bacon & Onions** A good plate of liver and bacon has always been one of our favourite meals, a dish which will remind me of my childhood. Only few ingredients will be needed and will take less than 20 minutes to prepare the dish, and the average calories per serving will be around 250. You will need: 500 g of sliced liver, (I used half pork/half lamb) 2 medium onions, thinly sliced 1 pack of bacon rashers, cut into strips 1 can of chopped tomatoes salt pepper and herbs
Rinse the liver under cold water and drain it well on kitchen paper. Fry the bacon and onions for 2 minutes, or until they get golden brown than move them in the pot. Cook the seasoned liver for 2 minutes, until lightly browned, mix well and leave for another 2 minutes. Add the liver in the pot, with fried bacon and onions, and the chopped tomatoes. Stir well and let them cook together for another 5 minutes, stirring often. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Feel free to add any ingredients that makes you feel good, add chili flakes for some heat, or oriental spices for extra flavour. **Links and referrals** Thai Pork Liver and the benefits of eating liver https://www.publish0x.com/art-of-happiness/thai-pork-liver-and-the-benefits-of-eating-liver-xolzkpp Coinbase Earn - Up to $59 Compound (COMP) https://coinbase.com/earn/comp/invite/g7hf830w Coinbase Earn - Up to $52 worth of Orchid (OXT) https://coinbase.com/earn/oxt/invite/jdfg5tkc Coinbase Earn - Up to $50 worth of EOS https://coinbase.com/earn/eos/invite/d1ztp30q **Amazon author page:** PV Mihalache https://www.amazon.co.uk/-/e/B019FB0ZNG **Quality Faucets:** Stakecube (20 daily faucets) https://stakecube.net/?team=sadu1 Tier 4 referral system: Horizen (ZEN) & ZCash from PipeFlare & GlobalHive https://getzen.cash/auth/register?ref=252508 https://pipeflare.io/r/zxn https://globalhive.io/auth/register?ref=1917 **FreeCryptos Gang**: DASH, TRX, ETH, ADA, BNB, LINK, NEO & BTC https://freedash.io/?ref=3945 https://free-tron.com/?ref=24942 https://freeethereum.com/?ref=39797 https://freecardano.com/?ref=228676 https://freebinancecoin.com/?ref=32397 https://freechain.link/?ref=1187 https://freeneo.io/?ref=1474 https://freebitcoin.io/?ref=319383 **Coinpot Gang:** DASH, BCH, DOGE, LTC, BTC & BTC2 http://moondash.co.in/?ref=D6EA38BF9E32 http://moonbitcoin.cash/?ref=E09F6730A19D http://moondoge.co.in/?ref=E09C54FEC554 http://moonliteco.in/?ref=49E875DC0626 http://moonbit.co.in/?ref=BE0EDE0CD1DC https://freebitco.in/?r=7275997 Free-Litecoin.com (LITECOIN) https://free-litecoin.com/login?referer=895809 **Join** **Lbry.tv** **to earn watching videos &** **Publish0x** **to earn while you read** https://lbry.tv/$/invite/@MindPuzzles:9 https://www.publish0x.com/?a=pmbk1p5ezJ **I use** **Brave** **and** **Presearch** **to earn BAT and PRE while surfing online?** https://brave.com/pvm417 https://presearch.org/signup?rid=1695040
