My Axie Infinity adventure was stuck for weeks at Lunacia Ruin 21. The Slime Knight was my arch-enemy and I couldn't defeat it. The folklore says that this is the strongest slime that ever walked on Lunacia. His strength comes from the soul of a legendary warrior, which was absorbed into the slime. The Knight has incredible power, great combat techniques and huge damage.
No matter the strategy used, the Slime Knight was too strong for my beasts. My team will have OP damage but the Slime Knight will always heal up to full health. I have no attack to kill the small healing slimes and this was the reason that I failed so many times.
The Slime King also has his own heal, and Regeneration will heal 25% of his total health. My tank was able to survive 2 rounds, with a bit of healing from behind and with top-up armor from the attacks, but as the fight goes one will die.
I always progressed through the ruin with caution and every time I reached the boss fight with 3 Axies at full health and 10 mana, but always end up with a bad hand. Try after try ... same story, until one day when the Gods of Random gave me the perfect cards. I entered the boss fight with 10 mana and a hand full of attacks. The Slime Knight took 12 offensive moves with heroism but the luck was on my side again, as 6 of the hits did critical damage. The Slime Knight was defeated and 200 $SLP extra reward was the gift for clearing the Lunacia Ruin 21 for the first time. The soul of the legendary warrior is now free from his slimy prison and can rest in peace.
The loot was poor lately, as I was directly affected by the ranking update. My MMR was under 800 and I couldn't earn SLP in adventure mode until the Arena season ended and the rankings were cleared. I have 2376 SLP in the inventory and earning again, with an MMR at 1100.
Have you seen the ridiculous gwei value? I still have 1368 SLP stuck in a transaction, from that time when I tried to send them to Metamask and $154 transaction fee made me leave it pending. One day ... this transaction will be confirmed! Until then I will keep my SLP in the inventory and wait for Ronin Wallet to go global.
