Why do We Need to be Aware of Cultural Differences?
`Culture is the customary beliefs, socialforms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group. Also the characteristic features of everyday existence (such as diversions or a way of life) shared by people in a place or time. -`*Merriam Websters Dictionary*
We need to be aware of cultural differences inorder to avoid misunderstandings or misconceptions which may lead to a serious conflict. We need to be aware of diversity of cultures in able for us to be sensitive. In order to embrace the diversity in cultures, we should be aware of the different practices, norms, rules and moral standards of a certain culture. Being aware is a root to sensitivity and respect.
We need to be culturally appropriate because it is another way of respecting one’s culture. Being aware of your own culture opens you to understanding and being more sensitive to the cultures of others. Being culturally appropriate is often viewed as benign and cultural empathy which is beneficial in cultural exchanges. It is also the same thing as learning diverse cultures.
Proponents view it as often benign or mutually beneficial, citing mutation, product diversity, technological diffusion, and cultural empathy as among its benefits.

Living with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
Hello Everyone! I would like to share to you my experience living with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). For those who have this disorder, read the article further for I included some helpful information that might help you during sudden attacks. Hope this article could help you.
What is dizziness?
Dizziness can range from fleeting faintness to a severe balance disorder that makes normal functioning impossible. In simple terms a it is sensation of spinning around and losing one's balance.
Dizziness is one of the symptoms of **vertigo**. “It used to be that dizziness was the umbrella term and vertigo fit underneath it,” explains audiologist Julie Honaker, PhD. “But now we’re finding that dizziness is very separate from vertigo.”
Dizziness is an altered sense of spatial orientation, a distortion of where we are within a space and like your balance just feels off. Vertigo, on the other hand, is truly the sensation of self-movement or the movement of your surroundings – it’s a spinning sensation.
When I was a child, I used to have this dizziness attacks. It's bothersome because it is uncontrollable. Sometimes, I'll just wake up seeing the room spinning and afterwards I'll start vomiting. The spinning lasts for less than a minute and give me nausea afterwards. I hid this to my parents even though it's really hard. It was difficult hiding especially on times that we'll eat breakfast together. I pretend I was fine but deep inside I want to run towards the bathroom to vomit. There are also times I went to school feeling nauseous and unsteady.
Several years have passed, I haven't been experiencing sudden dizziness and I thought that it is gone for good. But recently as I entered college, I started to feel the sudden attacks. It was June 2019 when I was confined in a hospital because the attacks are starting to be unbearable. The spinning sensation and vomiting lasted for two days. That is when I was diagnosed with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is considered the most common peripheral vestibular disorder. It is a disorder arising from a problem in the inner ear. Symptoms are repeated, brief periods of vertigo with movement, that is, of a spinning sensation upon changes in the position of the head. This can occur with turning in bed or changing position. Each episode of vertigo typically lasts less than one minute. Nausea is commonly associated. BPPV is one of the most common causes of vertigo.
BPPV is not a serious condition but can result from a head injury or simply occur among those who are older. A specific cause is often not found. The underlying mechanism involves a small calcified otolith moving around loose in the inner ear. It is a type of balance disorder along with labyrinthitis and Ménière's disease. Diagnosis is typically made when the Dix–Hallpike test results in nystagmus (a specific movement pattern of the eyes) and other possible causes have been ruled out. In typical cases, medical imaging is not needed.
BPPV is often treated with a number of simple movements such as the Epley maneuver or Brandt–Daroff exercises. Medications may be used to help with nausea. There is tentative evidence that betahistine may help with vertigo but its use is not generally needed.
I have been dealing with dizziness for years now. As I get older, dizziness and vertigo has become a part of my regular life. I tried pills, but pills are only temporary.
What can you do when BPPV attacks return?
If you wake up with positional vertigo, try the following steps:
Slowly move into the good-ear-down position and wait for a minute.
Next, slowly move into a face-down position and slide to the foot of the bed.
Keep your head down until you reach the end of the bed and are kneeling or standing on the floor.
Slowly bring your head backward into an upright position. (Hold on to the bed at all times.)
Another method is to sit toward the foot of the bed, leaving enough room to lay back with your head resting comfortably at the end of the bed, slightly extended. Be careful not to overextend your neck, as this may aggravate existing neck problems. If your symptoms are severe, you may need assistance to complete the maneuver.
Without treatment, the symptoms of BPPV may persist. However, with time (usually within 6 weeks), the otoconia dissolve on their own. Until then, the number and severity of episodes may be reduced simply by paying careful attention to head position. In addition, anti-motion sickness drugs can control nausea.
However, before drugs are taken, it is usually best to try the particle repositioning procedure first. It is a very safe and rapid way to relieve symptoms and reduce the chance for falls. Medications should not be taken for a long period of time.
How to avoid balance problems
One of the best things you can do for your balance system is to take care of yourself. This means being active, eating well and annually seeing your physician to make sure everything is in check. You want to make sure your body is working in its prime, which can ward off symptoms of dizziness and vertigo.
“We don’t start to appreciate decline until we notice changes, like symptoms of vertigo or problems with our ability to walk or not feeling as steady as we used to,” says Dr. Honaker. “That’s when we start to notice things going awry. For preventative measures, the best thing to do is maintain good health.”
*“Vertigo can be very debilitating,”* says Dr. Honaker.
“It can bring on other symptoms of imbalance too. I think the scariest thing is the fact that it comes on so abruptly. Even though it’s very short, it’s a very, very strong response.”
Our balance system is our sixth sense and sometimes we don’t fully appreciate it until something goes wrong with it.

Factors to Consider in Technology Selection
What Is Appropriate Technology?
Appropriate technology is an ideological movement that involves small-scale, labor-intensive, energy efficient, environmentally sound, people-centered, and locally controlled projects.
**Appropriate Technology Projects**
Use local materials and people-power often taking the form of “earth building”are culturally sensitive
Have been requested by locals to fill a self-identified need
Involve interactive collaboration where both parties grow and develop from the experience.
In addition, this method uses open-source knowledge, meaning there must be transparency in the process and outcome, and this information must be shared to ensure it is replicable.
14 FACTORS TO CONSIDER IN TECHNOLOGY SELECTION

José Apolonio Burgos y García: The Defender of the Native Clergymen
It has been two hundred and seventy two years of Spanish rule in the Philippines, when a man destined to defend the native clergymen was brought to life, José Apolonio Burgos y García.
José was born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur on February 9, 1837. His parents were Don José Tiburcio Burgos (First Liutenent of the Batallon Milicias 5 de Linea) and his mother Florencia García (a Spanish-Filipina mestizo noted for her beauty and intelligence). Young Jose’s first teacher was his mother who taught him to read and write. After finishing his elementary grades in Vigan in 1849, he went to Manila and enrolled at San Juan de Letran College where he excelled in all subjects. At the age of 17, he finished *Bachiller en Artes* with honors. He studied priesthood at the University of Santo Tomas and said his first mass at the *Parroquia del Sagrario de Intramuros.* He sought equal treatment for brown and whites.
For his courageous defense of the cause of Filipino priesthood, Father Burgos earned for himself the name “Champion of the cause of Filipino Clergy” for he freed Felipe Buencamino, a young student that has been charged with spreading nationalist propaganda through leaflets that demands academic freedom but incurred hatred from Spanish friars. Thus, when the Cavite mutiny broke out in 1872, the Spanish authorities arrested him together with Father Gomez and Father Zamora, charging them of having incited the revolution. After a mock trial at Fort Santiago on February 15, 1872, they were sentenced to die by means of the garrote, a Spanish strangulation by an iron collar tightened by a screw. On February 17, 1872, they were executed in Bagumbayan, now the Luneta.
One of the writings of Burgos that was published in the nineteenth century was a novel entitled the *La Loba Negra*. The story revolves around the tragic assassination of Governor-General Fernando Bustamante whose administration was greatly admired for its planned reforms in the colonial administration.
He follows the commands of King Phillip V of Spain with full of compassion as he consolidates the taxes in the Philippines. As a principled man he was, he rejected the gifts of friendship by the Friars discovering the shame and remorse that they brought to the colony and sent them to jail. But his strict governance did not earn praise instead Gov. General was flooded with hates that pushed the priests to work full force to plot for his death.
Doña Luisa, the wife of Bustamante witnessed the assassination of his husband and son. It was a horror sight for Luisa plus knowing that her daughter was raped by a curate. Owing to these tragic occurrences, Luisa has neglected her Christianity. Slaying friars together with her sexually abused daughter was their only method to lessen the tormenting pain that’s been infused in their hearts.
Luisa was titled as *La Loba Negra* (The Black She-Wolf) for she had slain about two hundred (200) priest and clergymen that she encounters. Luisa becomes the leader of the natives' abuse by the church and concurs with Macatangay. The marriage of her daughter to Sandugo ensures Luisa and Macatangay's missions in life and death. Before Luisa died, she spoke of a bright tomorrow after the long night.
The story depicts the moral issue of vengeance by the temporary insanity of Doña Luisa brought by the killings of her husband and son. The story gave us insights regarding the tragic effects of our nation’s most lamentable social ills. The orchestrated misused of government funds, the systematic violation of basic human rights and the continuous loss of life and property due to abandonment and greed.
This work of Jose Burgos is still relevant to the current situation in the modern day society. As young adults on the quest on discovering who we are and who we are meant to be, the role of the nation building has firmly placed in our hands. To the Filipino youth, as the change agents of our country, we must endeavor to understand and to act in ways that mirror the depth of human dignity.

Hobbies + Communication= Cash💵
"The more you're not taking action, the more you'll start loosing money"
-*Carrie Wilkerson*
Earning money was never easy unless you take action on gaining it.
It's been 4 months since the Enhanced Community Quarantine has begun and still ongoing. I myself as a college student, I spent most of my time doing my hobbies. I do watch movies and anime series, play musical instruments, and do artworks. Then one day, I came to ask myself.
"*Is it worthy? "*
*"What are you gaining from it?"*
*"You sure can do a lot, why not use those to make a living?".*
And yes.
I felt the guilt of using most of my time on things I will not use in the future. That's why I came up with the idea to start promoting my hobbies and earn from it.
(The photo is one of the hobbies I've been working on recently to gain income.)
Communication sure is the key in order to have good negotiation with your clients.
Doing this "*diamond stitching"* sure gives neck pain and muscle pains from slouching but it's worthy. We've already sold 7 pieces of this art and each worth a good price. Aside from this, I've also been accepting commisions for photo editing, graphic designing and digital drawing.
All you have to do is communicate and negotiate.
And recently as I entered this platform, I sure am amazed on it's benefits for apiring writers. At first, I've been wondering if I should continue my journey here at @Read.Cash because I am not that good at literary writings. But thanks to my friend's support, I am still active and been writing more! ( Special mention to @Yayaya13 , ghorl mabibili din natin mga luho naten hahaha. Para sa karasuno, let's FLY HIGH hahahaha)
I was also amazed by how sponsorship, points and BCH works and been drown recently to gain more. Earn and at the same time learn.
This quarantine sure do gave us lengthy time to do more. But let's remind ourselves to use it wisely!

Mapabata man o matanda, puti man o itim, lalaki o babae, kristiyano man o muslim, mayaman o mahirap, Pilipino ka man o banyaga, lahat tayo ay may karapatan.

Jose Rizal: A Movie Review
“Jose Rizal” is a 1998 Filipino biographical film of the Filipino patriot Jose Rizal, directed by Marilou Diaz-Abaya and starring Cesar Montano as Jose Rizal. This movie is based from Philippine History and has a soul of its own being a Filipino. The movie depicts the life of “Jose Rizal” from the past. The movie was based from the true events from the colonization of the Spaniard in the Philippines. In the movie, it is shown how Rizal fights for the freedom of his nation. Most of the Filipinos are idolizing him for his works which served as an eye-opener on how Filipinos became servants under the hands of the Spaniards.
It was indeed a novel work by “Marilou Diaz-Abaya”. According to Director Abaya, the movie is about how Rizal grew fighting for freedom from the hands of contumelious Spaniards.
The movie started when José Rizal was imprisoned in Fort Santiago under the abusive Spanish colonization. Meanwhile, in Balintawak, Andrés Bonifacio and his fellow secret organization, the Katipunan, commenced the uprising against the tyranny created by the Spaniards by tearing their cedulas as a sign of freedom from the Spanish slavery.
`Soon, a first lieutenant of the Artillery, Luis Taviel de Andrade, visits Rizal. Taviel de Andrade did not waste time to study carefully Rizal's case. In just a short period of time, Rizal and Taviel captured each other's sympathy and eventually became friends as they had usual meetings in Rizal's cell in Fort Santiago. Taviel was even able to celebrate Christmas with Rizal in the cell where they drank pan get and sang together.`
`After Christmas, Rizal was sent to the Real Audiencia, the colonial court of appeal, to hear the trial against him. Soon after, the magistrates decided to condemn him under firing squad on the 30th of the morning in Luneta.`
`At the night before the execution, Rizal hallucinates, seeing his alter`
`ego—protagonist, Crisostomo "Simoun" Ibarra, from his second book, El`
`Filibusterismo, tempting him to change the climax of the novel.`
`On the morning of his execution, his kin receives a small alcohol stove`
`(not a gas lamp as commonly portrayed) from his cell containing the last poem`
`"Mi Ultimo Adios". Stopping at the place of execution facing the rising sun,`
`Rizal requested the authorities for him to face the firing squad, but the request was`
`denied. Calm and without haste, he requested to have his head spared instead and`
`the captain agrees. At the moment the shooting squad points at his back, he readily`
`uttered his final words: Consummatum est ("It is done").`
`In the events following Rizal's execution, members`
`of the Katipunan begin their armed uprising, completely catching the Spanish forces off guard, seizing their mounts, munitions and their rifles. After that, the organization captures a church and the members execute the friars in an act of vengeance. Later that night, Bonifacio and his top generals meet in their headquarters to plan a new offensive seeking to capture ten towns in duration of one week from the Spaniards. As Bonifacio continues speaking, the film ends as the camera pans to Rizal's picture at the wall of his headquarters.`
The story was properly conveyed. All the important scenes are included and I found it amazing when the writings of Rizal such as the Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo was also included in the portrayal. There are no dreary parts and sense of humors is also observed. The movie is like a roller coaster where you’ll experience different emotions.
The production deserves appraisal. From all the costumes, the props, the sound, the settings, all of it is worth praising. The efforts poured in the movie resulted to a realistic movie which could catch the hearts of every Filipino. The costumes are appropriate where it gave me the vibe of 19th century. The props are all realistic and appropriate for the movie. For instance, every gunshot is very realistic that it would really give you goose bumps and the feeling of fright. The sound effects are also good. The transition is so smooth that it will give you the feeling of how intense the scene will be. The setting is also nice. It do conveyed where the scene is. Overall, the production is great.
The actors and actresses are also amazing. They are also worth praising for they gave justice to their roles. Even actors with major and minor roles gave a big part on the movie. From “Caesar Montano” who played the role of Rizal did a great job. He is an effective actor since he conveyed the emotions and the message that the viewers must receive. Overall, he didn’t fail my expectation of the movie.
Overall, I do find the movie interesting. It is also a good movie that every Filipino should watch. “Ang lahat sa inyo ay hiniram, pati na rin ang inyong mga depekto.”,a line stated by Rizal in the movie, which I considered as one of the brilliant lines I’ve heard. It’s just a single line but captured my heart and made me realize how cruel the Spaniards from the past where we Filipinos haven’t still meet independence. It is a must watch movie for us to know where we started.

Importance of Chemistry for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering
The basic need of human being is food. It is the agriculture only which fulfills this need for the entire population of the world. Plants are called producers as they synthesize their own food using CO2 from air and water from soil utilizing sunlight as source of energy by a process known as photosynthesis. The rest of the food chain consists of consumers only. The practice of producing crops and livestock from the natural resources of the earth is called Agriculture. Chemistry is basically known as study of matter and its interactions with other matter and energy. Since it talks about energy and matters, it also covers the reaction of different elements and how it is formed. It also deals with compounds, both organic and inorganic, and agriculture deals with the production of organic products using both organic and inorganic inputs, thus Chemistry forms an integral part of agriculture from molecular to organ level.
As an Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Student, learning chemistry is very essential since it is one of the studies covered in the fields of practice especially in its application for a sustainable and upgraded agriculture. It is also the role of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer to the apply and use engineering science and designs to the processes and systems involved in the sustainable production, post production and processing of safe food, feed, fiber, timber and other agricultural and biological materials and the efficient utilization, conservation, and management of natural and renewable resources in order to enhance human health in harmony with the environment. Agricultural and biosystems consist of crops, forestry and other plants, poultry, livestock, fisheries and aquaculture resources and other animals, wildlife and other living things.
The Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering cover specialization such as

These specializations use and apply chemistry in able to perform the roles in proper.
Chemistry has lot of roles in the field of agriculture. Some of its example is as agricultural fertilizers. Fertilizers can be divided into two categories: organic and inorganic. Organic fertilizers are derived from living systems and include animal manure, fish and bone meal, and compost. These organic fertilizers are decomposed by microorganisms in the soil to release their nutrients for use by plants. Chemical fertilizers are less complex and have high concentrations of chemicals that may be in short supply in the soil namely nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sulfur. Fertilizers also provide micro nutrients which are required in much smaller quantities namely boron, chlorice, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc., insecticides and pesticides. : In order to minimize the damage of the crops by pests a large variety of chemicals known as pesticides are used. Subclasses of this are herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides, pediculicides, and biocides depending on its target. With active research in this field safer and greener pesticides are being developed. Plastic pipes for improved irrigation. Plastic was derived from chemistry and this is widely used in agriculture. This has increased irrigation massively which results in a better environment for the crops to prosper in. Storage and preservation of agriculture produce. Sulfur dioxide is used to keep grain fresh and useable for a longer period of time. Food preservatives like sodium benzoate and salicylic acid are used for longer shelf life. New generation refrigerants have been developed. Chemicals are added to promote the ripening of fruits or the germination of seeds. Food packaging has advanced due to the material produced by advancements in chemistry. Agricultural chemistry has increased the diversity of the human diet and has led to a greater overall availability of food, both animal and plant. Food processing which includes development of Saccharin and sweeteners, Vitamins and minerals. Consumers have benefited from new technologies that have enhanced the flavor, appearance, availability, and nutritional value of their food. Chemicals from agriculture waste: Advancement in Chemistry has resulted in development of technologies to produce a variety of chemicals from agricultural waste. Production of alcohol from bagasse which is used as the feedstock for chemicals is good example.
As an Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering student, chemistry is very essential since it is in the scope of our future professions. Thus Chemistry has been and is still closely linked to the progress in agriculture field. It provides innovative new ways to widen the boundaries of agriculture and to combat potential problems and thus increasing productivity and quality of produce.

Take RISK: A Way for a New Beginning☀️
Taking risk sure is scary.
Yes. It's scary for you'll never know what the outcome might be. But, would it be riskier if we didn't take the risk?
Think about it.
Imagine being locked down is a super tall tower by an evil witch pretending to be your mother. And she doesn't want you to see the world because of her wicked intentions.
Would you just sit back and obey? Or would you take the risk escaping the tower and see the wonders you never knew would exist?
Sounds familiar right? Yes, similar to the story of Rapunzel. But you know, she took the courage to escape the tower, experience what's new, learn and be free. She knew that she could be more. She knew that if she didn't take the risk she'll never reach her dream. She knew that if she will accept the fate of being locked down forever, she will be alone.
So what I was saying is "Not taking risk is way more riskier".
There will be just two possible outcome; either you'll succeed or you'll learn. And by this, you'll grow into a greater person.
Remember.
Rapunzel took the risk to escape the tower and gain freedom.
Dora took the risk traveling the world and gained lots of knowledge and good friends.
Flint Lockwood in "cloudy with a chance of meatballs" take risk on his research and then invented the most amazing machine.
Princess Tiana risked kissing a frog and found true love.
It's not always about failure. Learn, accept and grow is how you should keep in mind.
In the end of the day you'll realize*, not taking risk will be the greatest risk.*

My Digital Drawings✍️
Art is an expression of what's in our imagination
Hello dear readers!
I would like to share my own art works.
The image below is fanart of an anime series "Naruto". I know most of you know this long time running anime.
I made this fanart for about 3 hours. I am a fan of these two characters and made a scene where their affection with each other is overflowing. I made it something magical.
The photo below is another fanart for "Osamu Dazai", one of the main character in the anime series "Bungou Stray Dogs"
It took me 2 an hour to finish this piece. I am not that good when it comes to colors but I guess the result was not that bad.
The next photo is a fanart of "Tsukishima Kei", one of the main character in an anime series named "Haikyuu". I really love his personality, if you watch haikyuu you'll know why.
This took me 3 hours to finish the first photo and the second photo is still in progress. Hoping to finish this soonest.
The next photo is just made by my wildest dream hahahaha.
Took me 2 hours coz it's kinda hard for me to make this pose.
The next two photos are still working in progress (WIP). Hope to finish this soonest.
I used to make traditional drawings using charcoal pencil, watercolors, marker, oil paster etc.
Since, digital arts is kinda popular these days I tried to adopt. And I can say that it's not that bad to accept changes.
I'll keep on working on improving this new skill.
Hope you like it!

Agricultural Modernization: A Life towards a Futuristic Way of Farming
Farms have changed a lot in the last 50 years. Farms are bigger, livestock are usually raised inside, yields are higher, less manual labor is needed, and it’s not common to see dairy cows, beef cattle, pigs, and poultry on the same farm. Why is this? The answer is simple. Technology.
A lot of sectors in our economy are also affected by the progression of technology, and one of this is Agriculture. It serves as the backbone of our economy. Its scope includes food supply and production, raising livestock, soil cultivation, and marketing. In this modern generation, technology helps in developing strong economy where the modernization unleashed the spark of geniuses for the betterment of agriculture by the application of innovations. Advancement of technology resulted to the modernization of agriculture. This impacted agriculture in a lot of aspects.
This revolution of technology has changed agriculture into a futuristic way of farming. For instance, improving livestock breeds is not a new practice. Humans began domesticating animals more than 10,000 years ago. Early farmers selected livestock for their adaption to specific climates and breed them to improve productivity. While the practice is not new, the technology used to improve livestock genetics and breed animals has changed dramatically in recent years. Animal Genetics work to identify elements within genes that can enhance animal growth, health, and ability to utilize nutrients. These genetic advances can increase production while reducing environmental impacts.
Significantly, modernization in crop genetics and pest management helps plant breeders to speed up the time it takes to get the desired improvement in crop developments as well as the plant’s insect resistance, drought tolerance, herbicide tolerance, and disease resistance. This technology gives farmers and additional tool to help increase crop yields.
Technology also improved farm equipment which probably had the most significant impact on how farmers raise crops and care for livestock. Tractors, planters, and combines are much larger and efficient. Livestock barns have automated feeders. Robotic milking machines milk cows. These technologies and others have enabled farmers to produce more with less labor.
Aside from crops and machineries, technologies have also large impact on livestock facilities. Aside from beef cattle, livestock are usually raised inside climate-controlled barns. Farmers do this to protect them from predators, extreme weather conditions, and diseases spread by animals and people. Raising livestock inside also enables farmers to utilize technology. Many livestock barns have Wi-Fi and automated feed and climate control systems. Farmers can monitor a cow in labor or adjust the temperature in a barn from their smart phones. If the power goes out, back-up generators start and the farmer is alerted with a text. This technology enables farmers to be more efficient and better care for their animals.
It is very amazing how technology have changed our agriculture for good but we can’t remove the fact that this modernization is not just all for the betterment but then has an equal and opposite impacts. For instance, application of technology limits or destroys the natural habitat of most wild creatures, and leads to soil erosion. The use of fertilizers can alter the biology of rivers and lakes and pesticides have numerous negative health effects in workers who apply them, people that line nearby the area of application or downstream/downwind from it, and consumers who eat the pesticides which remain on their food. These are some of the negative impacts of technology in our agriculture.
These problems with regards to agriculture are addressed and solved by the people who are responsible for the application of engineering in agriculture known as the “Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers”.
Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers applies engineering science and designs to the processes and systems involved in the sustainable production, post-production and processing of safe food, feed, fiber, timber and other agricultural and biological materials and the efficient conservation, utilization, and management of natural and renewable resources in order to enhance human health in harmony with the environment. They are responsible in the application of technology in agriculture to modernize and improve the quality of farming. I, myself as a student who took up the course Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering felt responsible in solving problems regarding agriculture. I want to create change to the Agriculture sector for its betterment and to be one of the prime movers of our economy.
Most certainly, Agricultural and Biosystems Enginners, Agricultural scientists and leaders have a moral obligation to warn the political, educational, and religious leaders about the magnitude and seriousness of the arable land, food and population problems that lie ahead, even with breakthroughs in agricultural technology. If we fail to do so, we will be negligent in our duty and inadvertently may be contributing to the pending chaos of incalculable millions of deaths by starvation. But we must also speak to policy makers - unequivocally and convincingly - that global food insecurity will not disappear without new technology; to ignore this reality will make future solutions all the more difficult to achieve.

What If Tomorrow Never Comes?
We may wonder what essence of discussing the topic procrastination holds for every individual. What importance it holds for us especially students?
Assignment? Project? Tasks? DEADLINES?
We all have them. We just don't act on them.
I've heard a lot a lot of people saying *"I'll do it right away"* but just sat back there, relax, and let time pass by. As a result?
***OPPORTUNITY MISSED***
There are also instances where we do detailed plans and put good intentions until the next day. Then next day will pass again. And as those intentions were filed away, subconsciously, we just let it stay pending. Perhaps, our mind will justify *"I really wanted to do and finish it on time but then something really came up".*
Honestly speaking, I myself as a student, it really is my habit to procrastinate if I still have a long time before the deadline. But as soon the deadline is coming near, I'll start having anxieties. I can't sleep well, can't eat properly and often restless.
These thoughts counts only for something in your head. And perhaps just trick your brain *"I am a good person after all and I can rush it overtime"* then at the end of the day you are a no better person who didn't accomplish anything.
This is a really strong case for individuals having difficulties on managing time.
**The perfect time will never come unless you started today.**
If procrastination would be person and let it run to your life, someday you'll regret having your precious time stealed.
Don't let procrastination steal your time for it will be an eternal loss, dwell upon it's shortness and it's uncertainty.
Tomorrow's another day,but have you asked yourself?
**What if tomorrow never comes?**

Meet My Adorable PAWmily🐾
Three years ago, we have a dog named "Putol" which is a filipino term for "cutted". We named her Putol for her tails looked like cutted because she was born having a super short tail. It was kinda funny because we barely see her wagging tail anytime she felt happy.
But then uncontrollable things happen, she died for giving birth at a very old age. It was a sorrowful sight seeing your bestfriend lying on the floor breathless.
After that, we don't have any dog to take care of.
7 months later, my mom decided for us to have a new dog. I was super happy as I heard that good news.
We adopted a 2 month old Shi Tzu and named him "Chifu". Before we have decided the name, we all had a small fight which name should we pick.
(This is the current photo of Chifu. He is now 2 years old😊)
We watched him grow and also shared laughter with him. He is a hyperactive pup and wanted to play all day.
Since all of us in our family is busy most of the time because of studies and work, my mom decided to adopt another puppy for him to have a playmate.
We welcomed another PAWmily member and named her Shin-shin. She is a Pomeranian-maltice.
(This is the current photo of shin-shin)
She surely loves to play and run all over the house. Chifu and Shinshin do get along.
Now, both of them are parents having 8 cute little puppies.
And that is the story of my PAWmily💕

“It’s not Normal to Normalize Explicit Media”
“Media can make what’s wrong and evil look normal, exciting, and acceptable”
It is indeed amazing how public media give us entertainment and provide us a much positive experience. The contents publicized in any media platform can uplift, inspire and teach people principles that’ll bring you closer to the beauty our world offers.
But, what if the entertainment that’s been all over the media isn’t really how it should be? It is not okay to normalize explicit content just for good report and praise.
Pornography. May sound pretty normal right? Why?
First of all, pornography is specially dangerous and addictive. Curious exploration of pornography can become controlling habit leading to a coarser material and to sexual transgression. Continuous exposion would make your spirit desensitized and will erode conscience.
Movie ratings do not always reflect offensive content. Do not read books, magazines or look for mediums that appears to be pornographic and presents immorality.
Remember, “Whatever you read, listen to, or watch makes an impression of you”.
My own Lineart (Dora and Swiper Version)
Hi everyone!
I made my own line art inspired with the cartoon series "Dora The Explorer".
Last week as I was scrolling my feed, I see a thread in twitter about a certain fanmade storyline of Dora and Swiper. Because of this, I thought of making my own fanart madeout of the said scenario.
So here's the storyline:
DORA AND SWIPER UNTOLD STORY
" Swiper, no swipi—" Dora's words were interrupted as Swiper pinned her against the wall, tears rolling down his cheeks.
" D-dora," his voice trembles, " why do you have to push me away?" His words struck her like a lightning from a cumulonimbus cloud. Dora never knew how the orange fox felt for her.
" Swiper, I'm sorry." It was the moment he knew it was someone else." It was Boots, wasn't he?" Asked the fox and he let out a huge agonizing laugh.
" It doesn't matter anyway." Said Swiper and freed Dora from his grasp. " Because you'll never see me anything but a sneak, sly fox."
Had the situation been different if he only told her sooner than later. Maybe.
" Goodbye, Dora the explorer."
" Swiper was about to walk away when he heard Dora's soft sobs. " I'm sorry Swiper, there was no one. From the beginning there was none." She sobbed. Swiper looked back. His heart was aching seeing the only girl he loved for so many years crying.
But the pain. The pain was too much. It was killing him. Why does she always wanted boots more than him. " It's too late." He whispered with closed fist. As he turn around his tears fell.
" I hate you." The orange fox heard it. He bit his lips and whispered in his head that he knows that.
" I really hate you." Dora loudly said seeing the orange fox almost gone in her sight.
" You never loved me! It was the Map right?! You're always getting near me because of that stupid map! How dare you play with my feelings when all you did was get that map and not me!" She shouted. She closed her eyes and cried harder.
As the orange fox heard it he stopped walking.
" Fuck!" He cursed while heavily breathing, turned around and went to that stupid little girl who's looking down on the ground crying.
" I always go out just for you to see me! I always make sure you'll see me."
" But it's always the map that you wanted from me!"
" I hate yo—" her words were muffled when she felt a soft lips crashing from hers. It's the orange fox who's roughly kissing her and pinning her hard on the wall.

A Glimpse of A Perfect Cone
It was February 29,2020 when I traveled towards Legazpi City, Albay.
We were having a family trip and went to different destinations around Albay. But what attracted us the most is the glimpse of a Perfectly Coned-shape Volcano called "Mt. Mayon." I took this photo at the 4th floor of SM City Legazpi where you can see the sun was nearly setting.
Owing to its almost symmetrical conical form, Mayon Volcano, or Mount Mayon, is
well-known around the world as the "full cone" volcano — a special attribute.
This is still the most powerful volcano in the Philippines,
having exploded almost 50 times alone over the last 400 years.
The location is also a
ecosystem area, and a natural forest.
Okay, here's some detail regarding volcano Mayon:
Located in the eastern region of Albay
Stands at 2462 m above sea level
Area covering 250 square kilometres
It is surrounded by the towns of Legaspi, Daraga, Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao, Sto Domingo, Bacacay, Malilipot and Tabaco.
Was a hybrid cone or a strato volcano named
Causes four types of volcanic activities: lava flows, rai-triggered debris flows, pyroclastic flows, and air-fall deposition
It was a worth remembering scenery.
