3- It is not healthy to drink water while eating

This is one of the leading misinformation spread by word of mouth. While there is no harm in drinking water while eating, water also makes the digestive system work more efficiently while eating.

4- I should not drink water in the morning

No! Completely wrong. Drinking water in the morning allows you to start and prepare for the day more easily. In addition, you do not need to drink all the water at the same time to meet your daily water needs. You can easily distribute your water consumption throughout the day. Instead of consuming water as a duty, it may be more beneficial to see it as your constant companion.

5- I should only drink water when I am thirsty

This is one of the biggest lies about drinking water. Because when you consume beverages other than water, your desire to drink water may be delayed. But thirst is a warning sent by the brain. If you don't drink enough water to tire your brain for it, there is a problem.

6- Cold water makes me sick

Really? Most likely there is another problem. It is useful to consult with your doctor because cold water has no harm to the human body.

7- I don't sweat then I don't need to drink water

There is a need. Your body is constantly trying to conserve heat, and in doing so you lose water. It is very important to replace the lost water. Don't expect to sweat for it.

Why Does Exercising Lose Water?

Your body sweats to reduce the rising heat and provide cooling. Since the amount of sweating and water consumption during exercise varies from person to person, some people may finish the same workout by being more dehydrated. When you do light exercise in cool or warm environments, sweating is around 100 ml per hour, while this amount can go up with heavy exercise in hot environments.
