Mince Taco Ingredients

4 tortillas

Olive oil

Ingredients for Minced Ham

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 large onion

300 gr. mince

Salt

Black pepper

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons of ketchup

1 teaspoon ground garlic

5-6 pickled gherkins

1 tomato

3 tablespoons of boiled corn

1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

Salt

Black pepper

Ingredients for Top

1 handful of melted cheese – grater

1 handful of cheddar cheese – grated

2 spring onions

 

 

Cut the tortillas using a 10 cm circle.

There will be 8 tacos in total.

With the help of a brush, grease one side with olive oil.

Then, place it on your oven wire with the oily parts coming out.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

For the minced mortar;

Take your pan on the stove and heat it.

Add olive oil and finely chopped onion and sauté until soft.

Add ground beef, salt and pepper and start cooking by crushing.

Add the Cajun seasoning, ketchup and ground garlic and mix.

Add small diced pickles, diced tomatoes, boiled corn and granulated sugar and mix.

Turn off the stove.

 

To combine;

Arrange the baked and crispy tortillas in your square glass baking dish.

Divide the minced meat mixture into the lavash.

Add cheddar, grated cheddar cheese and finely chopped spring onions and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

 

 Tricks:

You should make sure that all the ingredients you chop are of equal size and not too big.

If you're having trouble finding taco bread, you can easily find and use 10 cm tortillas.

You can increase the spices you will use in it and flavor it with the spices you desire.

It is beneficial to have your minced meat with little or medium fat. The oil should not flow too much and should not spoil the image.

You can sweeten the tacos by applying sauces such as sour cream and salsa sauce.

You can flavor it even more with grated cheddar cheese on it.
