Being an economical and very satisfying practical cake, it collects all the points on it. You can prepare and serve it as an easy cake recipe not only during tea time, but also in your morning breakfast or next to your meat dishes.

Materials:

3 eggs

1 cup of yogurt

1 water glass measure of oil

1 onion

3 potatoes

Small bowl of feta cheese

Half a bunch of parsley

half a bunch of dill

2 teaspoons of paprika

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 packet of baking powder

2 cups flour

Cheddar cheese for topping

 Recipe:

After washing the peeled potatoes, cut them into small cubes. Keep it in a bowl full of water.

Finely chop the parsley, dill and mint. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.

Mix the egg, yogurt and sunflower oil in a separate bowl with a whisk.

After adding the sifted flour and baking powder, continue mixing until you get a consistency.

Add finely chopped greens, chopped scallions, salt, chili flakes, freshly ground black pepper and coriander seeds.

As you can see, we managed to make a cake batter with a small amount of flour. Drain the starchy potatoes and add them to the cake batter.

With the help of a wooden spoon, pour the cake batter that you mixed one last time into a deep tray or round cake mold.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. For the finishing touch, remove the baked cake from the oven and bake for another 10 minutes with the addition of grated cheddar cheese.

Note: You can also prepare the cakes in portioned muffin tins. Operating the oven on the fanless program is a longer but best method for even cooking.
