Ingredients for Cream of Mushrooms:

1 package (400 g) mushrooms,

1 onion,

2-3 tablespoons of oil,

100 ml of cream,

chopped parsley,

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,

Salt.

Brief recipe:

Chop the onion,

Heat the oil and fry the onion,

Wash and slice the mushrooms,

Add the mushrooms to the roasted onions and cook on high heat, stirring constantly,

until the water is released and absorbed,

Add the cream and bring to a boil,

Add salt and spices and remove from fire,

Garnish with chopped parsley when serving.

Do not add salt and pepper after adding cream. Otherwise, you may cause the cream to cut.

You can make pasta with sauce next to creamy mushrooms or pasta with spinach in the oven.

Tomato rice pilaf can be a good option.

French fries or mashed potatoes will also go well with creamy mushrooms.
