We are talking about a dish that has managed to become a classic by climbing the flavor ladder; from sausages! Here is the recipe that is especially sought after for breakfast: Sausage with tomato paste! Each dish has a different difficulty level. Sausage with tomato paste is a cooked dish in almost all of us, even once, because of the practicality of its preparation and cooking, the fact that there is almost no one who does not like it, and children love it too. Those who love breakfast, especially when it comes to a long breakfast, we stop the running water and we love having sausages with tomato paste for breakfast. The harder it is to cook some dishes, the better the taste. Some dishes are both simple and very tasty. This is the recipe I'm going to talk about today. It actually looks like a recipe for sautéed Italian sausage with vegetables in a pan. But I bring a difference by adding tomato sauce. I love recipes like this with ready-made ingredients, a skillet, and lots of flavors. I always have several kinds of sausages on hand. Sausage works great for a quick breakfast or stir-fry. It can be served with some rice porridge or plain pasta at the bottom of the plate. Eating with toast is another alternative.

No matter which sausage you try, you can reach the same taste. We always prefer quality materials. Beef sausage or chicken, whichever you like, try it. My choice for this recipe was chicken sausage. In fact, the more important the sausage is, the more important are the seasonings you use. The quality of the food increases according to the spices used, but the point to be considered here is the amount of spice used. And more importantly, not every spice is suitable for every dish. The right product is the right spice. This should be the right slogan for a delicious meal.


Materials:
Sausage
capia pepper
green pepper
tomato paste
cheddar cheese
salt
black pepper
Red powdered pepper
thyme basil
garlic powder


Recipe:
First cut the sausages into small circles. Then chop the peppers as you wish. Add oil and butter and heat the pan.

Put the peppers and sausages in the pot and saute them in turn. When the peppers are cooked, add the tomato paste and start frying. Cook until the tomato paste has a sour taste and smell.


Then add water to make the sauce. Add salt and spices.


Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for about ten to fifteen minutes. The sauce should thicken a little. When the sauce thickens, put the cheddar cheese on top and close the lid again so that it melts.


It is ready to serve when the cheeses melt.

You can make great hot dogs with the logic of this recipe. All you need for this will be a hot dog bun. Because sausage with sauce can be made with the same recipe. It tastes even better because it contains extra ingredients. A classic and wonderful recipe with crispy french fries. I'm sure it will make you feel like you're in a hot dog restaurant.
