People who manage their time well are more likelyto be successful in achieving their goals and intheir personal lives. They know how precious and precious every minute is in our life, so they try to organize their next day in such a way as to have time to complete all the planned things.
The following 4 tips will help you become more organized and successful.
1. Always plan everything in advance
The biggest secret to getting organized is planning well. Learn to make lists of work to be done and tasks to be done on a specific day. Calculate your strengths and capabilities so that your list is not too long and long. You must understand what you can do in one day and what not, otherwise, hurrying and giving all your best, you can simply fail. You shouldn't schedule your day down to the minute - the plan should be enough for 60-65% of the time available to you. Leave the remaining 40% to rest and while solving unexpectedly fallen problems.
To learn how to be organized and use your time successfully, you first need to make a plan for one day, and then for a long time. Analyze your first week of life, strictly adhering to the plan you set. You may find that there are days when you are very busy and some are half free. Such analysis will help you correct some of the shortcomings in the organization of your day and redistribute household and work tasks more evenly.
2. Remove useless activities from your daily routine
In the evening, in a relaxed atmosphere, write down a clear plan of action for the day. Once the list is complete, review it carefully. Are there any deeds in it that absolutely did not bring you any benefit. This can be a long look at social networks, a long phone conversation with friends or relatives, games on the phone or computer. Underline in red those activities that have taken you too long and are completely useless and unnecessary. Try to change your daily routine so that these "time eaters" can no longer interfere with your organization and success.
3. Do everything on time
If you want to get organized, then try never to put off planned tasks until later when you have the time and energy to complete it right now. Perhaps, on another day you will not have enough time for the postponed business, and you will move it again until it is too late. In order to distribute priorities evenly, it is best to do the difficult tasks first, and then the easier ones. If you don't really like the job, then try to do it in the morning, not in the afternoon, so it just won't spoil your mood all day.
4. Stop being a perfectionist
Every person wants to be perfect in everything - this, of course, is an excellent aspiration, but only within reasonable limits. When you constantly try to do everything in the best possible way, then you simply will not have enough time for everything else. Try to find a balance between perfect and good quality to become more organized and effective. Also make it a rule to reward yourself for managing your time appropriately and using it wisely. Relax with loved ones in nature or go with friends in a cafe, or maybe visit a beauty salon. Naturally, you also need to find time for this, but with the right organization of your day, this will be much easier to do.

Some great tips! I use a daily planner to help organize my life. I also don't watch a lot of tv. I prefer reading books where I'm continuing to learn. I do indulge in listening to music because it is so relaxing as well as motivating.
