And let start! **Should I wear face mask or cover for Covid 19 protection?** Ofcourse Yes, If you go outside you should wear a mask for you to protect against the virus where you can encounter other people. **How do I wear face mask properly?** You should cover your face frome the bridge of your nose to under your chin. Make sure you can talk and comfortable with it. So you can avoid the temptation of touching it. **Different types of Face Mask** **Surgical Face mask** Cleared or approved by U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Fluid resistant and provides the wearer against large droplets, splashes, or sprays of bodily or other hazardous fluids. Protects the patient from the wearer's respiratory emissions. Loose-fitting Filtration- Does NOT provide the wearer with a reliable level of protection from inhaling smaller airborn particles and not considered respiratory protection Disposable.
**N95 Respirator Face Mask** Evaluated, Tested, and Approved by NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) Reduce wearer's exposure to particles including small particle aerosoles and large droplets Tight-fitting 95% filtration of airborn particles including large and small particles. Should be dispose or discard when dammaged and deformed.
**Cloth Face Mask** Recommended by CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) that people should wear Cloth Face mask ot coverings in public settings when around other people. Especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain Prevent people who have Covid19 from spreading the virus to others Should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 years/old. Having difficulty on breathing.
**You can also wear this protective equipments for extra protection agains Covid 19** Face shield

I wear my mask everytime i go outside, not just for protection but for following the protocol/rules here n don't want to get caught as well
yes, it cost 5000 pesos if you get caught not wearing face mask
Yes, it is n it's too expensive aside from if u get caught, u will see your face on tv too n i avoid that kind of thing to happen
I'm not happy to wear face mask for about 2 or more hours. But I still do, when in public, it helps a lot to be a solution not a problem. Stay safe everyone..
Yes. This is exactly what I do. I wear face mask in public places, si if I go run there I wear a facemask. If I go to the nature or somewhere remote I will take a scarf/bandana with me and if I encounter people I would wear it. Also running with mask is harder for your body because of oxygen deprivation so I recommend to run your tempo runs and intervals early mornings or nights and or on remote places if it is safe and you can.
