In my last post, I made it clear how the environment influences the upbringing of growing children. We will today observe how the religious and learning institutions contribute to parenting.

First and foremost, religious gatherings are meant for good and sound spiritual and moral upbringing. However, the kind of friends made in the churches or mosques can completely affect the development of the growing child. The religious gathering comprises of both good and bad individuals. The good ones are there so that they can continue to being good while the bad ones are there to become changed. Sometimes little children tend to mimic the wrong attitude of an Elder or older friend. In this way the character and personality of the growing child is molded either positively or negatively depending on the role model.

The influence of friends in schools is even more obvious. This is because one can easily be intimidated by peer group pressure. A popular adage says "show me your friend and I will show you who you are". This means that children tend to adjust or adapt to the to the good or bad attitude of their friends.

I will be stopping here today please don't forget to like and comment on my post. Thanks very much for Reading.
