What's happening on read.cash? My point balance has been stagnant on 0.0 for the past 2 days despite my activities and peoples' comments on articles. More so, I have no penalty!

It's really tough here now, you can see that I have reduced my activities for some time now, it's about two weeks now that I have earned more than 30 points, I don't know if my account is being used as an experiment by the system, it keeps saying I have 3 to 5 accounts colocated. I have been emailing hello@read.cash about the problem, each time he replied me the restriction will go away but when I started working again my account will be locked. There is currently a restriction on my account right now.
Point system on RC is mysterious.
Read.Cash says if you don't get points then it means a power user hasn't upvotes your content but I don't actually feel that idea but we move by it because he says comments and upvotes by others do not count except power users .
I have posted an article getting to an hour now still 1 view .. This reduces posts reaction and makes others discourages especially as they don't get points but also it is not his fault because "we" are the causers of this . If we don't try spamming there won't be strict rules.
Where did Read.Cash say that about the power user?
Just check your points, tap the "?" sign to see it's conversion and tap on "Points not increasing?" .

I am not sure about how the point system works. I wrote a post and short post about it and perhaps you should have a look at the comments. If @Fexonice1 is right you know what not to do!
