VEGETABLE PLANT (A POEM)
Ever saw a vegetable plant?
Yes, i did see one being watered,
And it intrigued me like the sapphire had.
Clustered at a tender nature,
A garden of it looked like Roman soldiers on a mission,
So beautiful it was to my eyes,
Like fair maidens doing a dance.
Even at a later age,
It never did ceasd to amaze,
But its such an irony,
That it's life ends in misery,
Harvested by a gardener,
And sold by a trader
