Family
Family is one of the best things that has ever happened to me, my father (late), my mother, and my siblings. A family is a community of people working to create a better future for themselves and the world. The word family means different things to different people. In this sense, family is not limited to blood relatives or those you can claim as dependents on your tax return.
Families have different sets of principles and values, they believe in something greater than oneself and shared awareness that you are part of something larger than your own experience. Family comes together through sharing of ideas and interests – that’s what I think Family is all about.
Though we become part of a family by birth which is a natural phenomenon but it is important to register family as a trademark because it provides an opportunity to gather and inspire a community of people who want to make the future better for themselves and the world as a whole. Someone once quote "correct man + correct woman = correct family and children; correct parents + correct children = correct society". You can't give to the world what you don't have.
I believe family due or responsibility is divided into three major areas:
1. Parenting; this is the functioning of the parents in the family.
2. Personal development and marriage; this is the functioning of every member of the family.
3. Financial growth and success; this is the functioning of individual members. Whatever you make out of your family and life generally is your responsibility, therefore don't blame anyone.
The family is expected to show you the way to achieve your goals and dreams. The family should care, support, rebuke, correct and encourage. It will help you achieve success in all areas of life, especially in your family, marriage and work.
Family enhances the act of planning for the future. It is also regarded as the primary group (or group) of people who are part of the house, which we study. It is a social structure that is based on marriage where parents and children live under the same roof and often have a common financial responsibility. The family has a broad meaning, ranging from these two extremes: a small group of relatives living together; one the one hand and an enormous collection of individuals living in different homes. In modern times many new varieties of families exist, such as single-parent families, reconstituted families, extended families and child-free homes, not to mention gay and lesbian families. God help this generation.
Family is responsible for the founding of the human race. Family makes contributions to human progress and civilization. Family is the foundation of human society, indispensable to peace and happiness. Family brings about all success.
Family is a divine institution; it is the inspiration of all that is noble, saintly, heroic and righteous in man. It is the fountainhead of love and kindness, purity, virtue and charity. Family is a school in which character is formed, faith inculcated and life regulated. God has a plan for everyone using the family as a platform to achieve that plan.
Family is an institution of heaven, divine in its origin; precious in its nature, inestimable in its worth. It should be respected, honoured and upheld by all.
All mankind are brethren bound together by a common tie of mutual interest and benefit. All men are in reality brothers, created to aid each other in their journey through life and share each other’s joys and sorrows like true companions on the road to destiny. No matter the family we are from, we need each other despite the difference to make the world a better place.
