Fish mushroom pie

Materials:

One and a half teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 cup butter

One tablespoon milk cream

For filling a few tablespoons of ice water

Seven or eight mushroom crumbs

1 cup of chopped onion

3 green chillies

Tuna fish cut into one cup or one can

One tablespoon of parsley

The amount of salt

Spoons of turmeric

1 tablespoon of pepper

2 tablespoons of garlic

One and a half teaspoon of cardamom powder

1/4 cup of milk cream

1 cup

Like the amount for frying olive oil

(Can be used in other groups without olive oil)

Preparation: -

Filling made

First, fry two spoons of garlic in oil in a pan and leave the mushrooms and canned tuna in it. (Bigger fish without oil can be used instead of tuna)

When it is a little fried, add onion. Then add salt, yellow chilli, red chilli, red chilli powder, cardamom powder and parsley leaf powder (available in the market. Frame parsley leaves will be better).

Stir in the cream. When mixed well, milk should be given.

Reduce the milk with a fork and let it cool down a bit. (It can't be dried because it will be more baked in the oven later)

Crust and pie making -

To make the crust, first take the flour in a bowl. Cut the butter stored in the fridge into cubes and then cut it into small pieces. Then mix it with the flour.

Sugar should be mixed again with salt and cream (cream and will remain cold). Again mix one teaspoon of ice water with flour and make dough or dough. Care should be spread so that butter does not melt in the heat of the hand. You have to pay for the resting.

After half an hour, take out the dough and divide it into four parts. That is, two parts for each foot. Now take a pie tray or ceramic bowl and put butter or oil in it so that the pie does not stick. You have to press it. In the other bowl, you have to put the pie dough in the same way.

Now bake the other two in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

The pie bowls should be filled with the whole pie filling in such a way that the filling is filled to some distance above. That is to say, it should have the shape of a dome.

Now you have to cut it with a knife to get the steam out on the pie. If you want, you can design it as you like.

Break an egg and advance it with a pastry brush. Now bake it in the oven at the previous temperature for 20 to 25 minutes.
