Honesty in life

A supervisor worked his whole life for a construction company . He was a honest man . He had done his all work with perfection and dedication. But now he is old so he asked his manager that he is going to retire now. But the manager didn't accept his retirement application and asked him to work for another year more. The manager requested him that he wants to build one last nice fine house that he want him to build it. Because the manager will not be there for one year. He also told him to use the best material- money is no consideration. Make it the greatest house they have ever built. Giving these instructions the manager left.

The supervisor thought this is his opportunity to make a fortune. So he used the cheapest material inside and made the house look beautiful outside . After a year, the manager returned. He inspected the house and asked the supervisor what he thinks of the house . The supervisor replied that it was the best house he had ever built. The manager handed over the deed to him and told that it was his parting gift to the supervisor.

So, what do you think. The supervisor lead all of his life in the path of honesty but at the last moment he deflected from the path of honesty and in return he lost the reward of his honesty. So we have to practice honesty our whole life and can never deflect from path of honesty.
