At times, we human being, have this kind of phobia, when we found ourselves being a failure. Failure isn't a permanent position for certain set of people. Failure is not meant to be recommended for some names or family, or community. Have you ever heard people saying "Failure is for him/her"
No one bears "Failure" Failure comes and go, failure does not even stay with people who are dedicated, hardworking. One who's lazy will definitely make failure to be his or her friend. "Failure is not ours" failure can only be you forever when you work towards Laziness. One with lazy behavior will always find failure in his or her ways of life. We should rather submit to hardwork and dedication than abiding with laziness. Laziness has nothing to give to us than to ruin our eternal success. Be Dedicated In all ways.
Different people have their different reasons for panicking when they fail;
Some individuals do panic because they felt, their friends or colleagues is above them. While attempting for success, some do fail on the path to success because they are looking forward to a particular friend, which is above them. Then, if the friend should also meet Failure on It way, that person will definitely fall as well
Some do PANIC Because they felt, it will be too late to start all over. Which ought not be be. If a person fails, there's 90% assurance for you to start all over and still become successful, because while you are starting again, you are not starting from crash, but you are starting from experience, which you already had before failure emerge. When starting all over. Success is 90% assured and guaranteed!
DEDICATION
Dedication plays a significant role when it comes to attaining success in the future. Being Dedicated won't allow you shake on your decision you already had. Being Dedicated will create a firm stance on the your set goal. When you make firm stances, then success isn't far from such individual. Be DEDICATED in all aspects!
HARDWORK
Hardwork pays Alot, being Dedicated will prompt you to be an hardworking fellow. One who fail to plan, will eventually plan to fail. So be HARDWORKING in every Ramifications of your life.
CONSISTENCY
Consistency is good attribute which contribute to the betterment of our lives when trying to achieve a set goal. A quote goes thus " Consistency is the hardest thing to achieve" Definitely it is because, to be consistent is not easy. Only the fit ones can survive Being Consistent. "Slow but steady wins the race"
Surely and certainly Better days are indeed ahead of us, if and only if we work towards being successful. In the future, we will definitely smile because we have defeated failure.we will be very glad because failure doesn't prevail over our lives.
Little or NO moment from now, we will celebrate and rejoice because we have achieved our set goal. HARDWORK, DEDICATION, and CONSISTENCY can only take you far, through the intervention of God. Heaven help those who help themselves.
Better days are indeed ahead of us all when we work greatly towards success, and achieving our set goals.

Someone said that better days are just around the corner and it takes the right eyes to see. We have tried to define ourselves by our failures rather than see them as opportunities to grow and learn. There is no need to panic when we fail. It's an indication that we are trying and soon enough we would gain mastery if we don't give up.
