When everything is fading, read this.

There are so many Filipinos today, especially young people who are obsessed with using social media and spend so much time on facebook, twitter, Instagram and other social networking sites. This is because you really have so much to do on social media. You can share events in your life, you can say hello to people you have not seen in a long time or it may be a long time before you see each other again, and of course it is not hidden from our knowledge that you can pick up news through of social media.

In the age of the internet and the rise of social media, many people have seen its potential to share and spread different perspectives, knowledge, experiences, and goals. Many people find that more people will find something if you put it on the internet because many people look on the internet to find something, find an answer, or even to see things that are never he still sees.

For each setback, look for an opportunity. It is a provocative statement, hard to accept when you feel betrayed or ashamed or in the depths of sorrow or loss. When you lose your job, or your partner walks in on you, or you make the worst mistake of your life, how do you accept the idea that by your fall, you can get up?

When you feel crushed by a global pandemic that has taken over your life and may have cost you your health or your livelihood or your ability to breathe fresh air without a mask, what gift would you find in that situation?

You have nothing to lose by continuing as if, despite the looks, there may be a gift at a loss. You can try to say to yourself, "Okay. That goes down the pipe. That door is closed. Just a moment If that door is closed, where is the door that can be open?"

"It's impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live carefully you can also not live at all - where, you fail by default.... The knowledge you appear smarter and stronger from obstacles means you are, at any time, safe in your ability to live. You will not know yourself, or the strength of your relationships, until both are tested by adversity. "

You may want to consider the cases of people who were brutally beaten by life just to get up, which shows us that there can be a tremendous gift in a wound. I think of Harriet Tubman, the most famous conductor of the Underground Railroad, who helped hundreds of runaway slaves escape freedom in the North in the years before the American Civil War. At the age of eleven, he was nearly killed when he was struck in the forehead by a two-thousand-pound weight of lead thrown by an angry steward. He carried the scar for the rest of his life.

One of the side effects of the wound is that he has some form of narcolepsy that asks him to take short and sudden “sleep” in the middle of any kind of activity. In those "sleeps" he saw visions showing him the roads and fords of the river and safe houses where he was able to guide the escaped slaves, avoiding the poses of the slave owner.

The second is this: "It can interfere with our actions ... but it does not impede our intentions or practices because we can accommodate and adapt. The mind adapts and converts to anticipated obstacles. In summary:" Obstacles to action promote an action. A wonderful invitation to highlight our thoughtful response to poverty and to look for opportunities in obstacles and challenging gifts! It is not about telling yourself that everything is fine. It's about getting it right.

There is a gift in every trial. I invite one of the participants to reflect on the ordeal in their life that they think you can bring an important gift when you think about it. He inspired a deep self-discovery and full experience, large and small, which led to the idea that obstacles could guide. To make big dreams come true, we must learn to stay away from past failures, family stories and tired old stories made up of limited understanding, and step into big and bold stories. And we want to come every day as an opportunity to choose or create a new story. This is very important when it comes to getting rid of bad things and educating the poor.
