Be Connected To Our Emotions

We humans tend to hold back a lot. We control many emotions, whether they are considered "good" or "bad".

We are often taught to control our “negative” emotions—fear, anger, sadness, pain, etc. Sometimes, however, we refrain from expressing our love for fear of being misunderstood or perhaps thinking that now is not the right time. As a child, I was often told to let go of emotions that showed 'weakness'. I held back tears to look strong. I suppressed my anger for being a' good girl. “loving.” However, I now understand that holding back anger or any other emotion affects the negative person holding back.

What happens when we get angry (intentionally or unconsciously) but want to hide it? Everything that disturbs us is part of us and is hidden in our bodies as a major manifestation in the form of headaches, anxiety, pain, disease, ulcers, cancer, arthritis, pain and suffering. And many other physical ailments in the past.

Putting our rage in the collection? The anger that I refused to let go remained locked up inside, wrapped up and made all the poison. Suppressed depression and anger flared only when I had "enough." This anger must eventually be released through illness, situations where anger is released in one person or another (or me), or through therapeutic procedures. We feel that by expressing our anger, we are doing it 'right' and we will not hurt anyone. However, the more we know, the more we hurt ourselves. And like everyone else, we need to listen to what we have to say, just as we need to express it.

Of course, we need to know how to express our anger and dissatisfaction to others without "throwing it away." You can express yourself without disturbing the self-esteem of others or attacking emotionally, verbally, or physically. We can speak from the heart of love, not from the heart of war.

Love, praise, and gratitude. Do you defend? Marie T. Russell also expresses her deepest feelings of love and appreciation. How many times have we thanked another creature, sometimes just for its presence in our lives, and failed to express it to help that person with their confidence and self-confidence? May need to be heard. You may not know exactly what you see in them.

Being sincere is our inner motivation. Our rational mind is well trained to think and study. You want to stop instinctual action, and instead you are talking about what scientific "law" should do. So when we guide our first feelings to do so, we hold onto our true self-loathing and show no internal motivation to laugh, cry, scream, hug, or say a loving word. Any first loving thought or feeling that comes to you is your intuition, or in other words, your divine inspiration. Whatever other thoughts you follow, i.e., "I shouldn't say that," etc., your mind (ego) is simply skeptical and questionable, afraid of making a "mistake.".

It is best to follow your first instinct—the instinct that comes from love—which comes from the first feeling or thought.

This is your "divine self.". The universal power of love leads us to happiness, and this is why our first instinct—a new "but if," "what if," or "but"may"—always gives us true happiness and inner peace. We can get rid of the fear of being wrong, look ridiculous, etc., and act according to our feelings. Be true to yourself. Touch only exposes the truth and can harm others as well as oneself. Retention is doing away with freedom so that we can become real, loving, honest children who want to be happy and free from negativity.

Without emotions a man or woman seems robot. Other hand over emotions isn’t good!

Everyone wants control over their own emotions, especially unpleasant ones. However, what most people think is under the control of emotions is not really real control, but it could be called resistance or internal struggle with one's own emotions.
