A Happy New Year to our 1BCH Family! Wishing everyone a great year ahead with health, success and happiness!

There has been several key developments since our last newsletter and we are glad to update you with the below:

Process Improvements

1. Sprinkler intake form: In our last newsfeed, we asked the community for feedback on our Sprinkler intake form. We were very glad to receive very useful feedback and have implemented them. The live version of the form is available at: https://forms.gle/VHGpXwkBepQ8krcJ6 We’ve had 3 sprinkler applications so far - in particular, we’ve the SOUR (https://keepbitcoinfree.org/)  token team apply in, but despite our efforts to contact the SOUR team, we’ve not received a reply. So, in case anyone knows someone from the SOUR team, we would be most grateful if you can ask them to reach out to me please. 

2. Farm Multipliers: We will re-rating our Multipliers over time in accordance to 2 key criteria: (i) the more liquidity in a farm, we will always try to afford higher Multipliers; and (ii)  1BCH and/or rBCH pairs will generally always have higher multipliers. We hope and believe this will present better short and long term value for our token holders. For any changes to emissions or multipliers, we will inform our community beforehand. In this vein, we are pleased to announce that the multipliers for HAM-BCH and WRS-BCH farms will double as of 5 Jan 2022 to 3X and 1X respectively!

3. Bug reports: On 26 Dec 2021, we launched our 1BCH Bug & Pancake Hunt (https://t.me/DeFi1BCHEnglish/6720). We were very heartened to receive a number of insightful logs and comments. We’ve gone through them, and will be looking to fix most (if not, all) of these raised bugs within the next week. Rewards for the Hunt have just been awarded and sent out today (3 Jan 2022) too. DEV UPDATES

Charts and Analysis: At about 95% complete. We have set up an IPFS server for this (and the use for other features like the NFT Marketplace). We will be testing the Charts and Analysis feature within the next 3 to 4 days and hopefully, launch by this weekend (9 Jan 2022).

NFT Marketplace: (i) The graphics of our MartianKitties NFTs (designed by a prominent Egyptian graphic designer) are now complete. We are going to be minting them closer to our NFT Marketplace launch and distribute them to our winners and recipients prior to that. (ii) Pancake NFT code testing almost complete; (iii) for the first release of our NFT Marketplace, it will be based on a JSON file with static content (i.e. static version for launch), and post-launch, we will improve the NFT Marketplace to be a Dynamic version; and (iv) Collaborations with third parties are in discussion.

Lottery Markets: No significant update yet. The previous update for easy reference: “Preliminary assessment of Pancake code done, and issues spotted. Next step is to work on resolving these issues after Charts and Analysis and NFT Markets.” 

OTHERS

1BCH Test Net (called, ‘NEXT’): We want to try another way of engaging our 1BCH community too, by setting up a 1BCH Test Net: https://next.1bch.com/. In this NEXT version, it will showcase any latest proposed changes or developments where we ask our 1BCH community for their testing and feedback. More information will be announced each time there is a significant add / change on the NEXT version. We want to build and grow with our 1BCH community, and hope this will be a great way for us to do so. This is a test-and-learn, so happy to hear any feedback on how we can even better administer NEXT.
