Hard work is important because it is only through hard work that we can achieve our goals in life but to be smart is more important, on the other hand, smartness leads to shortcuts and procastination to achieve our goals in life, one has to commit continous hardwork which will lead one to submit achievement. Being a smart worker saves a lot of time as you find ways and means to reduce your work by using logical and innovative ways to achieve goals, smart work aims to manage time effectively, it can achieve end goals within deadline without comprising the quality.

Hard work is the only key to achieving goals, it teaches us discipline, dedication and determination, many people work hard but only few are successful being smart is important, smartness goes a long way towards success, working hard is boring and monotous at times, it cosumes lot of time and effort sometimes working too hard doesn't allow us to use our brain. Hard work is the key to success only if it is done smartly.

Some people will say work hard while some will say work smart, what should we actually do? Now the question arises, what we actually mean by hard work and smart work? Hard work is totally based on our physical efforts which consumes much of time and action and in terms of smart work we use trick, took and proper planning before action. Hard is not a key of success because a daily labor also does hard work; it doesn't mean that is a successful person. Always be smart when working hard because that is the only key to success.

In our corporate world, first we need to do our proper planning before starting any work, if we don't have vast knowledge regarding the work plan then team discussion or advising from the seniors could play a viral role here to setup a proper plan. Benjamin Franklin said and I quote "if we fail to plan, we are planning to fail". Then we need to focus on using the essential tools. We must avoid depending on other while there is an option. We must have the proper knowledge on essential tools which can reduce our work load by getting some speed and get the job done smoothly.

We must put our physical effort where it is required. Smart work never excludes the labor, it includes the labor in the smart way by saving the necessary stamina. If we work hard we may get compassion but if we work smartly definitely we would get appreciation because at the end of the day, everybody finds the result not the labor that we have been given.

The most successful people in life work smart and also work exceptionally hard, they maintain the same level of persistence and drive while learning ways to do more effectively when you a hard and smart working style, you are likely to bigger, better and more satisfactory results. If hard work is the minimum requirement, working smart is the multipier than turns hard work into meaningful results, faster and more effectively to sum it up, one must remember at all times there's no shortcuts to success you need to work smart as well as hard if you want to achieve your goals.

John Carmack say and I quote "focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. Hard work gives you a purpose, it helps you to overcome laziness, procrastination, your doubts, fear of failure, insecurities and your bad habits.

We are born to work hard and smart in life, a smart and hard working person is always happy although life is full of twists and turns, everyone has to struggle in this world to conquer every hindrance in life. Success travel in the company of smart and hard working people.

When you start living the life of your dreams, there will be obstacles, doubters, mistakes and setbacks along the way but with smart and hard work you will conquer them all.
