I was curious about how you can eat amaranth because I've read that it's used as an antihistamine and it's also an edible plant. So apparently this purple flower we bought is a globe amaranth. When I was looking it up, I saw that it can be made into the prettiest tea OwO And I might actually try this when there are enough blooms to harvest
