buying a corsage is expensive, so I made one for my nephew's completers' ceremony yesterday. he finished his Junior High with honors. I asked him on what strand will he pursue in Senior High, he answered STEM. He wants to be a Software Engineer. That's a great news! Finally, he got something on his mind on what course will he be getting in college. lol! i asked him a couple of times and he said, he wasn't sure yet. People around him wants him to be a lawyer or a doctor. he doesn't want people expecting too much from him. i feel the same that's why i told him to pursue his passion and i will be supporting whatever he choses. F*ck those people who tells him to be someone he doesn't want to be. his parents are cool with whatever path he takes, it's just that old people are expecting too much. the greatest regret i had when i entered college was that I listened to people telling me to not take the education course. i could have been a grade school teacher by now.

last night di kami inabot ng baha pero ngayong gabi inabot na talaga kami. around 4:30pm umulan na and it lasted for an hour. ang lakas nung ulan, naligo pa nga ako pero pagdating ng 6:00pm nag umpisa ng umakyat ang tubig. kakatapos lang namin maglinis. mabilis kami nakapaglinis kasi apat naman kami. tulong2x kami. nagutom tuloy ako. sana this time eh ma include na kami sa listahan ng mga makakatanggap ng ayuda. hahaha!

update Her name is Hazel and we talked to our niece last night during dinner. she is her seatmate. Hazel doesn't have a lot of friends. During breaktime, she doesn't have anything to eat, she just sit on her chair. yes, my niece is giving her snacks and most of the time walks home during lunch break to eat lunch then comes back to school for another walk. we decided to sponsor her snacks everyday for the remaining days of school year.

it's over a month since i posted an update. i hope eveyone is doing great. I have something to share today. my niece Samantha is on her 5th grade. This morning she told us that she will be back home for lunch. it was unsual for her and for us to hear this from her. she likes to spend her lunch time at school with her friends. when we asked her why, she said that she doesn't have an appetite to eat if she will eat in school (specifically today). we know that she is up for something, so her mama asked her the real reason. she said she'll be bringing her classmates over for lunch because they will be making a school project. we let her do that, it's not a big deal. I cleaned their bedroom this morning and found wrapers of chocolate on her bed. fixed her stuffed toys and i put on the glow in the dark stars i purchased online on the ceiling. we cooked beef stew for the lunch and waited for my niece and her classmates. 12:00noon and they were not home yet. a couple of minutes later they arrived. she brought her two classmates. we immediately set the table. i noticed one of her classmate is using an old ice cream tub as her lunch box. when we were eating she put her ice cream tub lunch box on her lap and ate. she never put it on the table even though we told her. it is normal for us to put food on my niece's plate, when i looked into her classmates's food my heart was broken. Rice with soysauce...that was what she had for lunch. I asked if she already ate half of it to confirm what I am seeing. she said no. Rice and soysauce. Rice and soysauce. She was shy and wasn't touching our food on the table, I put some hot rice and beef stew on her lunchbox which she ate. After they ate, we let them hangout in my niece's room. I gave them chocolates. They went back to school before 1pm. I still can't get over with what I saw. She will be back tomorrow because they haven't started yet their school project.

She's 11!!! we celebrated her birthday last weekend. when asked what to do on her birthday, she said she loves to see a tiger....and so we went to the Davao Croc Park. we spent the afternoon roaming around the zoo and watched the animal show. she even held a baby croc after the show. we then had a dinner at the Vista View Resto located at Brgy. Langub. imagine eating your dinner overlooking the city lights of Davao City! for those living in the city, i highly recommend the place. great food and service and a fantastic ambiance!! perfect for your valentine's day date. she's happy. she got a present from me, a set of professional pencil and a drawing pad.

Red Alingatong Herbal Massage oil. It's mild and I like the scent! The company owner gave us four 30ml bottles of it. They are renting the spare house- where me and my Jowa lives. well, we moved out and transferred to the main house. they rented it because they need a place for their people to stay when they are here at Davao.

my niece five years ago. she still likes to doodle and draw until now. she will be turning 11 this month!! time flies so fast. i bought a sketch pad and prfessional pencils for her birthday. well, i am still dealing with hypertension. i will have to go and check my BP later today.

so ayun nga.... nagpa BP ako kahapon. 140/110 lang naman. di pa naman ako anemic. lol! wala.kasi akong tulog nung nagpa BP ako, and galing ako sa paglalakad and mainit pa that time. regardless, umabot pa din ako sa 140/110. papa-BP ulet ako mamaya afternoon to check. di na ako.kasyado kumakain ng meat. gumawa na ako kanina ng wateelon and cucumber juice, then yung garlic kinain ko kasama ng carrots. no meat na muna for the rest of the week. more water, no softdrinks and konting kape na lang. dahan-dahanin ko na din ang rice. hays. kakain ulet ako mamaya ng garlic and carrots. umorder na din ako ng portable blender para anytime makakagawa ako ng mga fresh juice. jusme! tumatanda na talaga ako.
