Hello friends and readers .

I like the pulao recipes very very much. I love to eat yakhni pulao, tikka pulao, shami kabab pulao. I also like matar pulao. I got this new idea today that i make vegetable pulao at home, so today lunch i made vegetable pulao and i decided to share with my read dot cash family . I hope you will must like it .

I made vegetable pulao as side dish with the lunch on family get together. Everyone was astonished and happy to taste this much flavorsome, yummy, appetizing and tasty sweet dish.

Vegetable pulao

Vegetable pulao recipe is a tasty main course dish made with rice, vegetables and some spices. Best for vegetarians, meat avoiders and those who are looking for unique tastes for their meals.

Mix Vegetable Pulao

Mix vegetable pulao recipe contains all the healthy vegetables like cauliflower, capsicum, carrots, peas and potatoes. These vegetables are first tenderized in the masala which is prepared after frying the onions in oil and then tomatoes are added with some spices like salt, allspice both powdered and whole. The rice is soaked before an hour to get the best result.

Vegetable pulao recipe is easy to make and it is unique from other meaty pulaos. Vegetable Pulao Recipe - it is a popular rice recipe which can be prepared during festivals or special occasions. This is the combination of vegetables and rice and it's the healthiest foods for your family.

Ingredients of vegetable pulao..

•8 oz. Basmati RIce

• ¾ pint (U.S 2 Cups) Water, Salted

• 2 Large Onions

• 4 oz Carrots

• 1 Small aborigine

• 1 green pepper

• 2 ripe Tomatoes

• 8 oz. Cauliflower

• Oil for shallow frying

• 6 oz. Shelled peas

• ¼ Teaspoon Garam masala

• ¼ Teaspoon Saffron, Crushed

• ¼ Teaspoon chili powder

• 4 Cloves

• 1-inch Piece Cinnamon

• Salt to taste

How to make vegetable pulao..

METHOD:

1. Wash the rice thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear.

2. Cover the rice with the water and par-boil. Drain and set aside.

3. Slice the onions, Carrots, aubergine and green pepper; quarter the tomatoes and simmer on a low heat for 15minutes. Add the aubergine, green pepper, tomatoes, Cauliflower, garam masala, Saffron, chilli powder, cloves & cinnamon.

4. Simmer for another 15 minutes or until all the vegetable are cooked. Season with salt.

5. Using a large casserole dish cover the bottom with half the cooked vegetables, then a layer of half the rice another layer of vegetable and rice topped with a last layer of vegetables.

6. Cover with foil and bake in a moderate oven (350 F Gas Mark 4) for 20 minutes.

Its all about vegetable pulao . And its really very yummy and tasty . You will tried it.
