DOuble hit was really uncalled for after a day of rest from clinic and hospital runs. I over strained my right wrist to the point I have to use a double band support this timeπŸŒˆπŸ’° If you think lunging is easy, the knees will cry. That being said, of you ran out of time, low impact HIIT workouts are a great way to kick start before actually doing for the HIIT cardio workout. After that 2 session, I suddenly appreciate abs workout more than the cardio ones its work more πŸ˜‚ (too tired to redo vids as the up and down planks wrecked me)😒
