Compromise

Sometimes we mix up adjustment and compromise . Both are different thing . In our workplace, to obey our superior or boss we sometimes prosponed our holiday plans, even can't give time to our belove persone . To make your boss happy you compromised your own happiness . this is not adjustment . And to make harmonious relation with your colleges you make adjustment .

Our attitude, behaviour, values, ethics are our personality . And our personality is our identity . so it can't be an issue of compromise . so to make comprise we should not lost our identity otherwise we will lose our selfrespect .
