There are special methods of collecting date molasses. One method is to plant a new pot in the evening and collect it before sunrise the next day. If you collect this juice with a break of one day, you will get better quality juice, it is soft and thin like honey.

Today , the market is full of cakes, patties, pizzas and fast food. The children of the new generation have forgotten the taste of pithapuli. The scene of standing in front of the shop and eating oil-fried chops and eating purple is now known. The cake issue seems to be unfamiliar to the new generation most of the time. Nowadays, many young women and brides do not know how to make pithapuli and patisapta. But the thing is — cake is a part of our culture. We can't separate that part even if we want to.
