Notochord ( Embryology)

🤓আজ আমরা পড়বো Notochord নিয়ে। যদিও যখন আমি embryo পড়তাম, এটা খুব ই প্যাচে ফেলতো। 😰

☝প্রথমত আমরা জানি যে , epiblast and hypoblast দুইটি layer থেকেই তৈরি হয়, 3 germ layers.. 💁

🚩 Epiblast is converted into amniotic cavity

🚩 Hypoblast is converted to yolk sac.

🌼এখন এই epiblastic cell গুলা embryo এর caudal region থেকে hypoblast এ যেতে থাকে। যার ফলে সেখানে তৈরি হয় একটা groove বা লম্বা গর্ত।

🌺 সেটাকেই বলা হয় Primitive Streak

🚩It appears at 2nd week of development which is a longitudinal ridge at the dorsal surface of germ disc..

🚩এরপর এই Primitive streak এর cranial end এ তৈরি হয় আরেকটি shallow rounded groove যার নাম Primitive Node. 💁

🚩এখন আমরা জানি যে, germ disc এর cranial end এ আছে prechordal plate. এবং caudal end এ অবস্থিত primitive streak with primitive node..

🚩 এদিকে epiblastic cell গুলা hypoblast এ যাওয়ার ফলে তৈরি হলো তিনটি লেয়ার।

1. Ectoderm

2.Mesoderm

3.Endoderm

🚩 Mesoderm layer এর ভিতর just below the primitive node তৈরি হতে থাকে Notochordal plate...

It is situated between the primitive node and prechordal plate.. অর্থাৎ, primitive nodeএবং prechordal plate এর মধ্যবর্তী স্থানে mesoderm layer এ অবস্থিত tube like structure ই হলো Notochord...🍁

🚩🚩 এখন দেখা যাক এর function গুলাঃ 🍀

1. It forms the central axis of embryo.

2. It helps in neural tube formation

3. It provides central axis around which vertebrae and intervertebral disc develop..

🚩Fate of notochord: it disappeares..
