Good morning to all friends. By the grace of God I am well. Today, I describe why are we walking in the morning regular. There is no substitute for walking properly every day to stay healthy.
It is difficult to realize the importance of regular walking in the normal growth and development of the body, to keep the body fit, to increase the strength and power of the body and to cure the diseased body. And so walking is an excellent exercise for longevity and prolonged youth
Rules of walking: Walking is not slow but continuous and a little fast. At this time, the issue is not how long to walk. Because even if you walk 3-4 miles slowly, you will not get the desired benefits of walking. Therefore, the rules to be followed to reach the desired goal are:
Walking with quick steps _ that is, first walking with long legs and gradually reducing the distance between the two legs, walking 120 steps per minute.
Things to do before you start walking: First get into the habit of walking slowly. For example, increase the walking rate by 10 percent after 3-4 days, then increase it by 10 percent after 3-4 days, thus gradually increasing the distance and making it a habit to walk fast. Remember, walking fast should be as comfortable as possible.
