Recipe.
In order to make pancakes we need:
1. Flour - 300 gr .;
2. Milk - 300 milliliters;
Sugar - 3 tablespoons;
4. Eggs - 2 pcs .;
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
6. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons;
7. Baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
8. Citric acid - 0.3 teaspoon.
How to make pancake:
You need to take a deep bowl, pour all the dry ingredients into it, mix thoroughly, so that they are still roughly distributed. After that, add eggs to a bowl, mix with a blender, then pour milk, and mix again with a blender. Then add olive oil and beat again for about three minutes. The dough should be thick. The pan needs to be well heated without adding sunflower oil to it. Fry pancakes in a dry skillet over medium heat.
