We are sleep lover. Maximum time we sleep lately at night and woke up at afyernoon. We do it moatly in our holiday. We love to sleep late night. We love to sleep at morning. We love to sleep long time. But we don't know that's overslept could be cause great harm to our body and fitness. Let's discuss about it briefly.

Excessive sleep can damage the body!

In the language of science, excessive sleep is usually called Hypersomnia or Hypersomnolence. If someone sleeps for more than 9 hours, it is called 'extra sleep'

  6. To lead a routine life where you will have a chart of exactly how much sleep you should get and when you will wake up and follow that chart every day, you will see that over time it will be fixed through practice.

If we follow all the steps properly we can overcome our excessive sleeping problem. Which can cause a lot of harm to our body. We should aware of our sleeping.
