Time to eat matters in life, and why do we need that theory
my first post here ....
good day guys food is just like a substance wen taking into the body, it has many functions, in the body for example we have classes of foods
1. we have the carbohydrates: energy giving food, this food when taking into the body, gives the body energy they contain sugar, and a pure,
examples of them are Rice, cassavas, potatoes and many more
2. we have the protein : this are also essential because they help replace worn out tissues in the body, and are also essential in the body for growth example of them are the milk, beans, cow peas, and many more
3. we have the vitamins and minerals : they are also essential in the body, aw we all know the human body needs vitamins also
examples of this are VITAMIN A,B,C,D,E, and many more
4. fat and oil : fat and oil is a very complex part among the description of foods. fat and oil are also essential in the body but when they are too much especially fat, that become very dangerous to the body, as we all know someone that is fat might contain most amount of fat, which are stored right away in the belly or any area occupied
5. water :
water is a very essential food! because without it we can't live up to a week or two so it is very essential to the body, water helps to quench taste and also good for the kidney
water might have another topic on it own but let us make sure we drink enough water daily, water is very essential to the body
as we have all seen what I have written upward, we now have when to take this foods?, should we take it in excess?, should we take it in low quantity? or should we not take it at all.
there are sometimes we don't need to eat much we only need to eat less, in order to avoid constipation, and we shouldn't eat less to much not to be Hungry later.
the time when we eat also matters, in daily life, if we are a type that eat breakfast late in the morning, hahahaha it is a very bad habit and can lead to so many things
1. stomach Ulcer : it a pain or a wound found in the stomach of the body, we might have been hearing it, but it is cause by not eating regularly or eating in a way that can affect your body, imaging eating late in the morning, our stomach is alkaline medium, and needs food to react on, and in the absence of food we feel very Hungry and it starts to feed on the flesh in the stomach which cause a permanent injury or temporary one.
someone that have ulcer sometimes feel pain in his or her stomach, because some food disturb the flesh that is wounded, due to this they feel pain, and could not be able to do anything at that moment all they do or feel is pain.
and again not eating when early in morning or eating late might help u reduce weight, and not only that I will reduce drastically, and which means you are not eating......
eating early should be the best, and also helps u maintain balance, no pain in the stomach, ulcer, or reduction of weight but you will keep gaining weight if necessary, so let us cultivate the habit of eating regularly and also not abstaining from food
and also junk foods are not the best also for eating they contain fat and oil especially some which are pufpuf, meat pie and many more, some junk foods can be chocolate which are also dangerous to the body
so let learn how to eat perfectly, regularly, and in a neat way to prevent disease also
