The rain wanted to spoil my plan? Guess what...
I have been looking forward to see June 30 and july 1..... I hope we all make use of this month, and we will make good use of next month, schools will begin to vacate as from this new month for the ending of a session.
The holiday will be so long at least 1 month, the rain really want to spoil my plan today, imagine you were going to a place with a fine dress, and with a fine shoe, will you allow anything to stain it.
Actually today marks one of my best friend birthday. We have already plan for the/his birthday, me and my other friends have planned to give him a surprise mean while my house is far from his own, so I will have to walk a long distance or I board a taxi.
Unfortunately on my way going today, I planned to give my best friend a gift, that will be his best for the month a cake'.
I have prepared this cake for my best friend, and I was about to go out when this rain started, although people told me not to carry the cake outside but, I refuse I was thinking I will beat the rain, and quickly get to his place. .....
So on way going a wind started to chase me, I knew the rain was about to fall, I don't have a choice them I looked inside the cloud and saw a huge difference in the cloud, it was about to pour down,, I started running more and more and calling for bikes to help me get to where am going, but nobody could wait, and I knew that my planned today has failed.
Then I gave up, I started walking about, I started thinking about what I can do, but the only thing I can do is to stay at one closed shop for the rain to go down and continue my journey ......, So staying dere the celebration will have started I start to imagine what I would have miss, meanwhile my cake I still intact with me, no scratch, no hole in it. Then I received a missed call that was one of my friend he asked me that where am I and I told them the rain will not allow me to come for the party ohhhhhh...
Then he said I should give him the location of where I am staying currently, then after 30mins of waiting I saw my friend come down from a cab, then a asked me to run, that I should come inside quickly before the rain will start to our heavily again, them I ran very fast, "but guess what' the cake fell down, and I felt a sudden decrease in myself, I could not think straight again, all I can thing was that I wasted money, then my friend shouted stand up and carry the cake we will remould it wherever and whenever we reach the celebration ground.....
I stood up and we started the journey 5mins later we arrived at the journey, them I decided to check which part of my cake has split, then I found out that the carton protected it, and there was not scratch on the cake... Immediately I jumped on my friend and we were happy together....
Currently now am still at the occasion eating what I like, hope you all had a great day, hope the rain didn't affect you all after all.......

Photoshop or normal picture
I prefer normal picture, people who go to shop to edit picture don't really know thier beauty, some will say you have to do it in order for people to like you, but I don't actually believe that, do you believe that.....
I detest photoshop, or photo shoot so I don't use them at all, I prefer seeing myself with the normal camera attached to the phone
Money or good health
In this case what will you pick, I will rather go for both, because I love my self I don't eat much junk food and I don't like money to much, money is the root of all evil, but I had like to feel money.....
Good health comes as a result of how you take care of yourself, if you are rich it does not determine that you will be healthy, it will only give you assurance that you can take care of yourself, when the time comes. ..
But the poor people don't suffer sickness like that, because most sickness comes as a result of what we have taken into the body, mostly junk foods, unhealthy transported foods which chemical have been used on.
Shoes or cloth
I prefer shoes to cloth, I really love wearing clothes that are made of design which there are not eazy to see in the market, but shoes, I can order when I have seen the price, some shoes are very attractive and they quickly spoil too, because they are fake product so I prefer ordering of shoes from konga, jumia and any other middle marketers ....
Shoes keep me neat in the public, it make me look more attractive even if the cloth I wear is not,,, but I will always like myself with all my dressing all the time
Crazy jeans or normal jeans
Y do people prefer crazy jeans, I don't really know maybe it looks smart to them, I really don't like the jeans, I really like new one without any teared part. Crazy jeans make me feel like I don't belong to the community, but I will see people wearing that day and night, are they using it to impress people,,, I don't really know maybe......
We are really different, I mean you that is reading my post you may like the opposite of what I like In this post, that is to say that everybody are not the same, we don't have the same mentality, you can be brilliant and more stupid than me or I can be more than you ,,,,,,

What a lovely day to start a great post, how is today going guys hope it went well, hope we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, in all I have decided to write a post about this title
'Evil things we do with our mouth'
First of all what is evil,
Evil can be anything bad, but comes from the father devil, I guess people will say that, doing evil things simply means you are doing something that is bad, and you won't know until it has effect on you.
Bad things are been enjoyed by people nowaday, examples of them includes killing, lying, backbiting, stealing and many more.
Bad things we do with our mouth comes from what we think, we all create evil things with the head (brain) which later comes in as action, either through the mouth, or an action done with the body part. If you want to hold a gun you use a hand, if you want to lie, you use the hand, if you want to steal you use the hand, and even the mouth to pasuade or to talk rudely.
Evil things we do with out mouth part 1:
We will be talking about lying, many of us, infact everybody in this world can't do without lying, we are all prone to lying, because it can actually save us from something at that moment, not knowing that the truth might later come in, and you will be found guilty
How do we lie?
Lying is not a thing you can learn, but actually is something that becomes one of us as we are born into this world.. if you want to survive the only thing your brain can tell you is to lie at the moment of torment or during Investigation.
We all have to save ourselves, but truth is bitter, we all lie almost everyday and even if you don't talk in a day, you can still lie the other day..
Nobody is an expert in lying, when it comes to a point when you need it you will have to show the world toy can, fortunately for you, if you are lucky it can save you at that moment, but if later on they found our you are lying, then that is a big case
When do we start lying ?
the moment we lie, is that time when we need to save ourselves from something, after we feel a relieve but our conscience will keep hurting you, some people have lied to an extent that they have lower the power of thier conscience, now they can lie freely and without care......
Can lying save us at all time ?
Most religion does not support lying, many religion preach against it, it is an evil we do with the mouth, and we don't need to be a victim, once we are under pressure we lie and it will save us only on this earth, many religion believe that one's we lie, we have sinned against God and we will later receive our reward even after death....
Some people have made many people to go to jail, all in the name of lying, aw do you want people to forgive someones like that
Corruption starts with us, we use our mouth to make fake manifestoes which we will not do, but to save us at that very moment especially during the period of election, we need to lie, or lay down manifestoes, which we won't do in order to win power.........
In all at the end let us reduce the way we lie, we must not lie always, and we can't stop our selves from lying throughout our entire life, so we will just minimize the Rate at which we lie

Okro
We do wat okro very much in Nigeria, I can say it is the most common food now since pepper and tomato is cost now., This okro use to draw, so people like eating it with swallows (our local foods e.g Amala, eba, pupuru and many more )they are energy giving foods though and I really love them. Different people have different ways in which they cut the okro soup when going into the mouth
Tomato
I have seen a lot of tomatoes bit we have different spiciest, different breeds entirely, tomato is a very sweet fruit, I will classify it as fruit, because it has seeds, many seeds.
Tomato with pepper will make a good soup, for people most people cannot do a day without eating tomato which I find out was true, who can say that he/she doesn't eat 🍅
You will add it with onion and blend, and add salt, maggi and it will make soup if am not wrong
Pepper
Pepper on the other hand is very very good for many things, I can say pepper is the main sources of many food, we eat today,
With eating rice we make soup
With eating our local food we use pepper in last stage as food
Adding it in between snacks make a great taste

And lastly we call them plantains they are my favorite, I really love them very much, how I wish I can be eating them daily

my first time seeing the world, I was only 9 months after then, I was actually coming out from my mother's womb, it hurt her I knew that, but thank God I came out successfully.
my first time seeing the world, I was not even happy or sad, but I know my face was somehow until dey beat me weather I will cry or not, but unfortunately I cried which makes my reaction sad, I mean not happy because I was beaten hahahah☺️☺️
my first time coming outside the house after when I was born I saw many things,
other human beings like me, walking and dancing, I was thinking, they were not species like me, I was thinking one day I will form and become like them, them I saw another set, those ones where short, and also walking bit by bit, then I knew they were my senior ones, then I saw another set of people this one were exactly like me, backed by thier mother. then I was glad that it is not only my species that are in the world.......

the world was rough, maybe because of were I was at that time, see cars passing both fine one and old ones, u see people hustling to get money for food, although my brain could not have told me that because I was till on breast feeding....
the world has not yet develop then, it was a little bit old, people from different places come together and live in a common area, and that was good....

you can never cheat nature, if you dear cheat nature you will face the reward, I saw so many people working hard under the sun, although in my heart I know how difficult it was then to get money, but they also need rest, I can't walk and I can't tell them to keep of thier only means of survival, but at least I know it not good to work under that hot 🌞
so later on, I saw a man, I knew the man was part of those working under the sun, they were moulding brick, he went to meet my mother, because my mother is a nurse, she will tell you what to use and not use to be okay, she told my mum that she is having headache, that when I knew you can cheat nature, a normal person like this who works like this but not under hot sun, might not have headache

Are there many gossips about your ship
Do you really want to live your ship now

Most importantly, if you feel you don't have to belong to a relationship at the age of 18 I don't think it is bad, but once you are already 2 years plus, I think you should find yourself 1, because breakfast is becoming to much, and you can't really say for now, that it is the girl or boy you are dating now that you will marry!!!!!!
2. Situation ships
This ship is common to everyone, we have many or lemme say we are currently now in a situation ship, either a problematic one or a sweet, one it depends on what you have done.......
This ship, if problematic one, you will be looking for a way to overcome it, it is not really eazy to overcome neither is it eazy to settle, you just have to wait, call friends but remember don't ever think when ever you are in a serious problem
Enjoyment situation ships ; you can be eating meat, eating sweet pie, swimming, dancing enjoying your life anywhere you are, as long as you are comfortable, or you don't feel pain you are in this kind of ship, this ship is for everyone on earth, everyone have the right to be in this ship, berry good right !!!!!! May we all be in a good situation ships.....
3. Scholarships
How many of us have went for any competition, and you saw the prizes, and the awards going to be given to the winner. Scholarships is a ways of showing love to people who actually need it, scholarships, is not eazy to get, but you have to work harder for you to get....
Scholarships is very good and is being given by someone who is very rich, and capable of helping someones
This is the part that will shock you !!!!!
We have more than 100 scholarships that are been given out in a month, but to get it many problem. If it is one which is dealing with traveling to another country, you will have to gain your visa, and many things, because if you don't have this, don't just bother going for those kind scholarships
Lastly we have sponsor ships

As long as you can give birth you have already turn into a father, and many responsibility is going to be taken by you, if you see am animal, I mean female one, with smaller ones, they you begin to think who are those smaller ones especially for docks, sheep, goat, and many more
Whereas they are the product of the father and mother coming together to form a new baby, hahahahah so funny......
What about when you see a boy with a woman, or you see a small gurl with a woman what are the things you will say

She might be the owner of those children
Maybe the babies is for another man, since you know them
Maybe the woman is divorce so walking about to look for what to eat majorly so thier bby will not die young, what a painful phenomenon of the actual case was divorce

Fathers are said to be responsible if they only carry out thier normal duties man, I mean man who has a wife ☺️, we have many responsible father's in the world whereas we have so many irresponsible father's in the world

This part is very essential, the children school fees, money for eating, money for day to day transport, money for house caring and many more comes from the hand of the father, any father who cannot do dis is not a father
He never raise his hand to beat his wife is also a very good function, you can be provoked but find someone or something or somewhere you can ease your anger, you can play games
A father always says am sorry each time an argument comes up in the family same as the mother
A father is expected to train his/her child in a good way that when she is old she or he will not depart from it
What are the functions/qualities of a good mother
Mother are essential to the family infact, children love thier mother more than the father I can say this....
Mother's can be too emotional and won't want his /her son to get hurt, that very good so she provides all thier needs and might spoil them
As we all know a father must be very strict and have time for the children not to be wayward

Taking care or the child I mean pampering them

Always says sorry first when there is fight,
Never gets to say bad words in front of the children to the husband
Watch the husband's cloth if possible

giving I mean giving, is all the meaning of what I wrote as the topic, a way of showing love I mean, a way of expressing love though meeting one needs or sending gifts to somebody not even the time they need it
giving, as we can say, shows a lot, and on the other hand it means showing love without mentioning about it later " I was the one that gave you back then, I was the one who bought the gift for her or him , I was the one who do dis and dat for her or him ' shouldn't be the words that comes out from a true giver
a true giver learns by all means, although we have many people that are ungrateful, they are not satisfied with anything you are doing to them, they always want more surly you will see some people abusing you from the back, I mean they will talk about you, that you don't give, even if you want to give you give had things, I means u give lottle things, whereas you have lottle and you still some some love
a true giver, is someone, who will not give you something when you have begged them for like many times before they land whatever they want to give you to you.
a true giver always give with joy and peace in the heart not one u will give and still be bothered about it, I really don't know why some people will give and still hate themselves for giving, it not proper, when you give it should be in your kind that I have given this things out of peace and it is settled in my mind.
a good giver, will not give out things that are almost bad, I mean you just have some set of shoes that you don't wear, maybe you slightly saw some mistakes in the shoes, like they are already spoiling, rather instead of you to throw it away that us when you knew you had to give someone 😆😆😆 hahahaha majorly, majority of us do dis, and we do it with pleasure, whereas it not good, it is a bad idea, I mean a very bad one
Lemme tell you guys a story about a girl and her friends in an hostel I mean school hostel.
there was once this girl who usually lived with her mates in a school hostel, she will buy foodstuffs for herself, it will be much in her room, but anytime anyone among her mates try to pick up some of her belongings she will shout and shout, she will call them many names, names that are not expected from a good person. so people in her hostel have been watching her, and they all knew what she is up to..
unfortunately one day, she fell for a trap, a trap she didn't see coming, she bought some crates of eggs, she bought 2 crates, then she carries it to her hostels, not even given her friends even one, then the next day she started sharing the eggs????? what happen!!!! how can that even be possible of someone that doesn't give, that cannot be true that is what everybody is saying till one break the egg and saw that it has spoil
wow, that was what housemates where saying they, found out that the egg had issues, I mean it have spoil,,,, hahahahaha the roommates laughed out and start shooting that the evil has done it again meanwhile she was in that same room and she was crying, she starts to pleas with the roommates that nobody outside must hear of this l, that she will be ruined for life if they know......
if you were part of the roommates what will you do, fight and fight and also lols😆😆😆😆😆 se what, are stinginess and greediness led er too and remember something all fingers are not equal
yea, little love big reward!!!!!, this also reminds me of a gentle boy, who never had anything but yet shows love by giving, I mean he extends greeting, this boy is such a nice boy hut he had a problem, everybody in his neighborhood refer to him as a 'poor boy' that statement usually got him mad but he already adapt to it, until one day when he visited the town with a new car, and planning to buy the highest land in town, people where thinking what he might have done to get this kind of thing then they start suggesting that he did rituals, but that was jot Gods plan for his life,
on his way, going to school, he saw someone begging and he was pleased inside, and he went to the begger and gave him a whole some of #100 I mean not up to 1$, the man appreciate what he have done since no one has ever attend to him that day......
unfortunately this man in disguise as a begger is a rich celebrity in the country he do go out in disguise to help the poor,, I mean the poor, those that can live enough standards.....
so this man blessed him more abundantly, not because he gave him money, but because he went to meet the man by himself and not by the help of anyone, and gave this man money, or not because the man went to meet him , he did it purposely

Think of water, drink water, and consume water if possible
Actually is not everybody that loves drinking water, after eating, or before eating, or even in a normal day.
Food us essential in the human system we all know that it is the main reason we are still alive till now, but food when is not mixed in the right proportion might cause another problem
So we have sources of food which accompany us in our daily life, we mix foods together, food with different importance in the body, foods that have different functions, not food that when eaten it give the same nutrients always, imagine eating potatoes and yam, together without egg, and you do take this two food together for three days, it might cause health disease, I mean to much nutrients for only one person.
So we have come together, to pick and categorize different food in different categories, we know wE don't have that time table at home, but if we should find out we mix our foods nowadays, for example, when we eat rice, which is carbohydrates, we put meat and other suitable substance on top, if we should check it the meat Is protein, eventually the food is already mixed.

Carbohydrates
Energy given food with great importance rather, they contain sugar, and many more nutrients, but mostly sugar. Suger gives us energy in the body, that is why most carbohydrates contains Suger to give us energy

Yam, rice, potatoes, starch, glucose and many more

aw many times do we drink water in a day, aw many times do we think of helping the kidney function well, how many times do we think of flushing the remains of the food we ate through our organs, how many times do we think of taking a full cup of water Ina day, but rather we drink small after eating, and till next we are feeling tasty I actually feel that is bad
We can leave for 10 days with water, but not food, if we don't eat food the body can still find food with the help of the liver, glycogen and many more, but check if we don't taste water for 10, days the person is eventually gonna die...
Actually water is good for the body, it importance are
Water is a natural remedy to many disease affecting us
Water is very useful on many ways, it helps the kidney to function well, cause the kidney helps to process urine
Old, bad nutrients are flushed away by water itself, no, water and we are doing ourselves
So I will advise us with this
When we wake up in the morning take 1 cups of water,
Before eating take water so as to clear the path where food will stay
After eating take water for eazy digestion, the water helps for good digestion, the stomach needs a watery medium so it can digest hard food mostly
Water is very essential for us so we need to take it wisely, a colourless and odourless liquid that have most importance in the body so let calm down and drink water, and show love to our neighbors who doesn't have a means of fetching water,.....

Since God created the heaven and and earth. he left many things For us to control and dominate.
God created the firmament and he created the fishes in the water he created we human beings he created flowers, plants, many more living things and said we should have control over them, having said this, we are known as higher animals because of our high knowledge, we can't compare the knowledge of cats, dogs, millipede and many more animals to ours
We can create things that can kill them, or we can create things that can make thier generation not to exist anymore
While they themselves need protection, they can kill us, only if we are not careful enough and even though, they can't wipe out our generation
Well today we will be talking about, vegetables and it importance, do we even know what are vegetables
Vegetables are blood given substance, that is when taking into the body they give us blood and energy, vegetables can be sometimes tasteless when eaten raw, or even bitter when eaten raw without cooking them,,, do we know and what is the essence of cooking, them if animals can eat them raw hahahahah just think about that ok your mind, don't say it loud,,, the way God created everything is different, nobody is born dull, and mo animal is born without a 👅 tongue, and those without tongues have a special sense organ that they can use to feed or Taste food. My favourite life, is loving in a lonely place filled with flowers and eating junks, I had to always carry my favourite mp3 to always play my favourite game, my life is so sweet that I had to place it into three places
Another part of my life that I love is when I had fight with annoying people that comes my way, I love beating bullies especially, however I find joy in fighting because I do watch action movies alone and train after fighting, which I enjoyed doing it lonely, imaging me hitting stick with stick, the stick is my sword and the stick serves as my opponent I had to hit the stick all days so I can learn how to fight
Another sweet part of, is the lazy aspect I don't usually work at home but can always give work to people to do for me, my laziness is beyond imaginations
I can't watch my cloth by myself

I can walk a long distance
But I can laugh and fight bullies, that why am special ✊

Wow what a bad day for bully hunter??? And that was me!!!! I can't fight back because of the new girl in my front, I just have to hold the pain and let the moment pass away, but meanwhile I already stored the girls face ok my head, so I cannot do anything in front of that girl, so I vow to revenge another day
Eventually this girl like me, and I like we back, then we move on as usual, we do things in common, things like
Buy ice cream together and also eat some delicious us food together
We sleep in the same room sometimes if her mum allow me.
On this day as both of us are going this same guy came in front of us and asked me for a fight, then I was like !!!! Why, what have I done to deserve this in front of my new friends, then she quitely said this to me hear 'i know u can do dis, I have a lot of you, u are really a good fighter' I was so happy that she knew I can fight, so suddenly a vibe, ginger overwhelm me and I was eager for this then the fight started.....
A large range of shout, doors opening, birds were singing, bells jingling, I can only hear this before I mew what happen I saw blood on my hand, how come 'i don't know, I only hit him in his head'
Suddenly ambulance came and carried this bully away, to the hospital, then I felt down and started crying, what have I done, then my friend stood up to me and said she loves what I did that, it will only help them to prevent further bullies in the school, afterall if not for me she might have been knocked down.....
Suddenly police came inside and handcuff my hand, I didn't know what to do but I said I am coming back, I shout very loud and clear saying am coming back to y'all'''''''''''''''''''

What I learnt yesterday: Facts you really need to know about love
Hello everyone how was today.
hope everything went fine and everything went on as it was before. hope no troubles today I shall be talking about love which I learnt yesterday at a Sunday school teaching in my church
It is not only in school we learn things we learn things in church. also that's why people have come together to create a special school in the church which is known as Sunday school.
Sunday school have really taught me many things not just because I have interest in it but because I know I will get many things about God and every other aspect of the teaching.
the Sunday school usually start by 8:30am in the morning and end by 9:30am. It is just a one-hour program with so many things being thought inside it.
Just like we have adult Sunday school we also have children Sunday school we also, which yesterday I learnt about love.
When talking about love it is an affection a warm feeling you have towards one another and not only on opposite genders many people misunderstood the word love as a common relationship issues that comes when a boy gain interest in a girl and in this situation we call it love whereas love should not only be for opposite genders it can be for all genders we do say something that we cant love everybody and everybody cannot love us.
But I can tell you that it is better we love everybody and around us
We can show love love through many ways...
We can advice people, when they are feeling down
We can support each other in so many ways, show love through giving money, show love through giving cloths and not burning cloth, show love through materials things.
Show love by praying for one another, by praying for your neighbours, those that are close to you.
Show love by caring for others

Fake love is when u show share a fake feelings towards anybody, you can show fake love, for example
When you buy things for someone as a result for showing love, it is not necessary to talk about it at the back of the person, like gossiping like 'they don't have cloths, they like begging,. you showed love and u never did it to impress anybody'

As we all know God created everything on this earth, he created the human being, created the animals and created many plants in the eco system.
Many generations have passed, and many scientist have come and gone, many scientist have come with real time theories, and also those theories are still used up nowadays by teachers to explain some little terms to students.
Scientist never have up but they continue to find out, make research and check if they can still see anything to put together as theories.
Doing this thier movement from one place to another looking for ideas on how and what they can put together to form a theory, they came across some difficulties something they haven't seen ever, something that makes them to wonder about, something that only God knows how it comes to the world. And those things are know as mystery.
Mystery:
A mystery is something that Is difficult to unravel, that happen either naturally or artificially, some mysteries are already solved while some are yet to be solved.
We can browse so many more mysteries that are solved on the internet and see for your self that either they are solved or are still yee to be solved.
Imagine having a very powerful scientist who think he or she knows all in the world until something came up in the world and they regard it as unsolved mystery, that is to tell us that anyways that it is not everything we can solve, there are somethings we just have to keep enduring till thy kingdom come, and some things we need further knowledge to find out about, so we go through experiments and many more theories are been proved by curious scientist, some may not hold because of poor root, while some are still holding till now, because of strong root and they have nobody to counter thier theory, so that means they are perfect for that theory.
Unsolved mysteries:
Have you ever think of there is an unsolved mystery anywhere, and there is what will be it location?. There are many unsolved mysteries in the word, but we are going to point out only the Bermuda triangle, as our key point today.

The Bermuda triangle is not only the mystery that is not unsolved, we have many mysteries, but I will only talk about the Bermuda triangle.
Bermuda Triangle:
The Bermuda triangle, Is know as a particular triangle in a specific ocean which draws so many ships and planes to it, eventually since no one can go near it or come outside from it, we have not hear or know where those planes and ships that were swallowed were taking into.
Do you know where they are taking to?. That has been the question pumping out of the mind of many scientist, they just have to keep on studying, keep on looking for knowledge on how to unravel this mystery.

as we all know that God created heaven and earth and he put everything in places he created the human being and also animals. he created wild animals and also local animals
wild animals ( carnivore) : are animals that live around the bush they have very very aggressive and can deal with any local or small animal with their teeth and also you have a very powerful muscle in their hand.
this animals tends to eat the local animals since they are more powerful than them. examples of this wild animals are, lion, tiger, snakes, cheetah, and many more
we also have the wild animal but this time they are herbivores, they are helpless they don't have any strong teeth but, they feed on plants mainly
and also the move almost in groups and cannot run fast. and also which makes them very easy for the carnivores to attack them.
they don't have any special abilities but they give birth in large quantities and cannot finish in the bush examples of them, deer, squirrel,and many more.
all what God created the human being are the finest species and we are known as higher animals we also feed on animals and we eat plant as well which may make us higher animals and also we rear domestic animals animals like dog, cat, chickens and many more
as we all know chickens are the most popular domestic animal and are commonly found around the neighborhood they walks from places to places just to get food and also walk in groups
we have local chickens those ones are not very big or large in size and we also have the agricultural chickens dose ones are cross breeds meaning they are gotten from 2 different types of chicken which makes them to have a new gene and traits
some agricultural chickens are big in size and some have fine colours on their feather making them look beautiful
chickens are God's creation but God protect them in so many ways and specifically in different countries we have so many animals that God created most look cute, you never thought some chicken breed can be as fine and beautiful until you see this picture I will I'll be dropping down
As we can all see now, can we imagine there species and see how they are beautiful. Many more breeds are in this life, imagine having this one's won't you have them as pet, and also you will be taking care of them daily, yes they eat feeds, u will buy in large quantity for them so they won't go through hunger which might reduce thier size and also thier weight. And we all know if such happen they are close to death, and we can't let that happen, we can't let a fine breed of this animals go into extinction....

good day guys food is just like a substance wen taking into the body, it has many functions, in the body for example we have classes of foods
1. we have the carbohydrates: energy giving food, this food when taking into the body, gives the body energy they contain sugar, and a pure,
examples of them are Rice, cassavas, potatoes and many more
2. we have the protein : this are also essential because they help replace worn out tissues in the body, and are also essential in the body for growth example of them are the milk, beans, cow peas, and many more
3. we have the vitamins and minerals : they are also essential in the body, aw we all know the human body needs vitamins also
examples of this are VITAMIN A,B,C,D,E, and many more
4. fat and oil : fat and oil is a very complex part among the description of foods. fat and oil are also essential in the body but when they are too much especially fat, that become very dangerous to the body, as we all know someone that is fat might contain most amount of fat, which are stored right away in the belly or any area occupied
5. water :
water is a very essential food! because without it we can't live up to a week or two so it is very essential to the body, water helps to quench taste and also good for the kidney
water might have another topic on it own but let us make sure we drink enough water daily, water is very essential to the body
as we have all seen what I have written upward, we now have when to take this foods?, should we take it in excess?, should we take it in low quantity? or should we not take it at all.
there are sometimes we don't need to eat much we only need to eat less, in order to avoid constipation, and we shouldn't eat less to much not to be Hungry later.
the time when we eat also matters, in daily life, if we are a type that eat breakfast late in the morning, hahahaha it is a very bad habit and can lead to so many things
1. stomach Ulcer : it a pain or a wound found in the stomach of the body, we might have been hearing it, but it is cause by not eating regularly or eating in a way that can affect your body, imaging eating late in the morning, our stomach is alkaline medium, and needs food to react on, and in the absence of food we feel very Hungry and it starts to feed on the flesh in the stomach which cause a permanent injury or temporary one.
someone that have ulcer sometimes feel pain in his or her stomach, because some food disturb the flesh that is wounded, due to this they feel pain, and could not be able to do anything at that moment all they do or feel is pain.
and again not eating when early in morning or eating late might help u reduce weight, and not only that I will reduce drastically, and which means you are not eating......
eating early should be the best, and also helps u maintain balance, no pain in the stomach, ulcer, or reduction of weight but you will keep gaining weight if necessary, so let us cultivate the habit of eating regularly and also not abstaining from food
and also junk foods are not the best also for eating they contain fat and oil especially some which are pufpuf, meat pie and many more, some junk foods can be chocolate which are also dangerous to the body
so let learn how to eat perfectly, regularly, and in a neat way to prevent disease also

hello my name is Olowu tosin and I'm a new boy on this platform I would love to tell you people many things about me I grew up at Lagos State Nigeria. I had like to join many platforms like this to express myself.
I've always wondered about any platform that I can express myself so yeah I'm giving a chance I am from Lagos State from Nigeria precisely I'm not too tall not dark, not slim but fair in complexion I am from a community in Lagos State we all live in common and share things in common.
so I love dancing and eating as you know how many people loves eating I don't use my food to play because I fear that without food many people can die many people cannot live without eating food on time because of what they have done in their past for example: for not eating food regularly and frequently and time which causes a permanent or a temporary cut in their body especially the stomach which is known as ULCER which is very very dangerous so it needs some medications for you to be okay. with it you don't need to eat some foods because it might cause pain in your system
am a jovial boy, I play a lot especially when am with my younger ones, we play hide and seek, many games including what, including joker, including ludo, including many others, at least I do beat them in most
my brothers are troublesome because me myself am also....
and also I don't like eating junk food because I noticed that they may damage the body system.
I eat foods like swallow, foods that they are encouraging but not poisonous to the body.
in my area, in my community we have a common food known as swallow this food is made from cassava we peel many cassavas and soak them inside water for some days before grinding and flying and refined to a tiny particle which can later be soaked or mould together to form eba
that food is the most simplest food you can create within an hour so there's no rush in preparing it they only do it gently and quietly then finally your food is ready
i also love playing chess because I noticed that is a game that deals with your knowledge including ludo, and Scrabble it is always good to play games and play with your fellow hut man being because not every time you are always serious you need to laugh think and relate with other people and we also have some games that will download on our phones like mini militia, this one are popular games that 10 to 15 people can play at a time so people enjoy playing the game
again I'm very happy to join this platform because I'll be able to express myself and not still waiting for a platform to express myself and I will bring new articles not fake articles for you people to enjoy article that will bring laughter joy and thinking again.

and again in my country Nigeria there are so many things going on in the country we have jobs schools and many other things in the country but in all I enjoy the school aspect my school life is something still amazing to me even till now back then in school I was known for a particular name because of what I usually do then in school so all students in school knows me for that particular name and I do feel good by the name and feared that as people grows up that learn to stop calling one another a name that is not meant for one another. eventually I left the school and still goes back there sometimes to check my genius thereby I had to buy many things for them so they can eat some things like biscuit meat pie but for especially close juniors I really like back then in school.
