Think of water, drink water, and consume water if possible
Actually is not everybody that loves drinking water, after eating, or before eating, or even in a normal day.
Food us essential in the human system we all know that it is the main reason we are still alive till now, but food when is not mixed in the right proportion might cause another problem
So we have sources of food which accompany us in our daily life, we mix foods together, food with different importance in the body, foods that have different functions, not food that when eaten it give the same nutrients always, imagine eating potatoes and yam, together without egg, and you do take this two food together for three days, it might cause health disease, I mean to much nutrients for only one person.
So we have come together, to pick and categorize different food in different categories, we know wE don't have that time table at home, but if we should find out we mix our foods nowadays, for example, when we eat rice, which is carbohydrates, we put meat and other suitable substance on top, if we should check it the meat Is protein, eventually the food is already mixed.

Carbohydrates
Energy given food with great importance rather, they contain sugar, and many more nutrients, but mostly sugar. Suger gives us energy in the body, that is why most carbohydrates contains Suger to give us energy

Yam, rice, potatoes, starch, glucose and many more

2. Protein
They are foods that helps the body to replace worn out tissues, and mostly common eaten, nowadays, do we know that when we have an injury, eating protein can help cure the injury with a shorter time, do we know?

3. Vitamins and minerals
It also have it health importance but majorly we have
Vitamin A
Vitamin B
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
And many more
4. Fats and oil
This aspect fat and oil, contains carbon and hydrogen, lols, that is a serious part in chemistry if we do check well, they are made of hydrocarbons, of many chains....
Fat and oil most not be too much in the body I guess it has many health disadvantages.
5. Water
this is our main topic today
Water :
aw many times do we drink water in a day, aw many times do we think of helping the kidney function well, how many times do we think of flushing the remains of the food we ate through our organs, how many times do we think of taking a full cup of water Ina day, but rather we drink small after eating, and till next we are feeling tasty I actually feel that is bad
We can leave for 10 days with water, but not food, if we don't eat food the body can still find food with the help of the liver, glycogen and many more, but check if we don't taste water for 10, days the person is eventually gonna die...
Actually water is good for the body, it importance are
Water is a natural remedy to many disease affecting us
Water is very useful on many ways, it helps the kidney to function well, cause the kidney helps to process urine
Old, bad nutrients are flushed away by water itself, no, water and we are doing ourselves
So I will advise us with this
When we wake up in the morning take 1 cups of water,
Before eating take water so as to clear the path where food will stay
After eating take water for eazy digestion, the water helps for good digestion, the stomach needs a watery medium so it can digest hard food mostly
Water is very essential for us so we need to take it wisely, a colourless and odourless liquid that have most importance in the body so let calm down and drink water, and show love to our neighbors who doesn't have a means of fetching water,.....
