Globalwarming I think Donald Trump clearly believes NOT of global warming but of global cooling. Which many Russian scientific have said for years.. That we WILL be heading into a mini ice age. Even 3 degree drop will really effect worlds best farm lands in Canada, northern USA, Russia, and Argentina.. Maybe this is another push for population reduction. Eugenics is a very real topic.
