Irrational thoughts
Maybe we had alot of negative thoughts in mind. We have alot of speculation to some point of our life. Sometimes we came across to idea that why we feel like this or why we became like this. It's our emotions who control over our attitude. If we feel great hatred we demonstrate undesirable behavior towards other. Let cite some examples:
Envy
I think this is common to everyone. Sometimes I feel this especially when I perceived a great favor. In family we can observed a person who are being resentful and discontented. I can still remember when I was in highschool, My mom bought a phone for my brother. It was the time I'm feel jealous to my brother. Infact, I'm a sort of person who don't want to feel envy or jealousy cause that not good but my mom initiate that feeling.
I try not to spoke and complain but I couldn't hold long such emotion. I talked to my mom about it. I asked why she bought a new phone for my brother? Infact my brother was grade 7 level. She just said he need that for his study. To tell you I have a phone which was bought also my mom before the year when my brother owned a phone. Hehe, Why am I like this. Sorry brother!....
Provocative
It's me who didn't know how to initiate quarell. I don't want to have like this. It's sound like will just ruin my life if I feel this. Many people are such doing these kind of emotion. Like, they cause annoyance and strong reaction and done deliberately. It is not good to initiate any disturbances on your surroundings. You don't want that. Am I right? We shouldn't try to do some provocative speech or something that will cause undesirable situation.
Frustrations
I think many of us feel this way. Most of us when we engage to college, it seems we have alot of frustrations especially when we cope things simultaneously. We do observe some student can cope things and they can perfectly doing good in school. Then we observed why just I can't do the same with them? We tend to compare ourselves to others without knowing that we have individual differences when it talks about skills and knowledge.
We become frustrated when we see other have alot of achievements and you are just staying at home and try to find a way to have a better life. But unfortunately you can't get even a good job. It makes you frustrated when you strive but then you can't find good one. Just hold on friend I'm the same as you trying to contend such frustration in life. Don't be discourage about you current situation. Just focus on your goal and don't compare your life to others.
Anxiety
We became anxious when we didn't meet our expectations. Do you feel this way? Sounds they have similarity with frustration. I think anxiety is all about unease. We worry about our future and our way of living. We feel this irrational thoughts when we are amidst the pandemic, infact there are number of suicides committed because of anxiety. They can't hold longer this emotion.
Let me just share my thoughts. During the pandemic, I didn't have any income. I'm literally don't have any idea how I can help my parents. It's my parents who strive for us and provide our necessities. I'm worry everytime I woke up and waiting the whole day to end. Can you feel that. For sure many of you can relate when pandemic strikes us. I couldn't imagine I became anxious about my life before like I don't have any income.
I search any available job online but I found nothing. I try to search near area trying to find some work, even just a service crew in a restaurant. I couldn't find again since they are also decreasing the number of person cause they can't sustain the wages monthly. Customers became smaller cause the health protocols are tight. All went bad for two years but I it didn't sinks into my mind the I should end my life. It's not good. We can find a way for everything. We just have to wait and work.
Anxiety has been with me for a long time already and it usually attacks me at night. There are lots of things to avoid negative thoughts but sometimes they're inevitable.
