Holiday after holiday, yeah it was just a holiday last May 1 and now May 3 is holiday again because today is one of the most special days of our Muslim brothers and sisters. Called a holiday but as an employee in private employment we still have to go into our work. And yes I just got here now, it's okay for me even if we have a job even on holiday because our employer pays us double. I ate biko again after a few years. My sister cooked it because it is their son's birthday and this is one of the foods they prepared because it is quick to make and the ingredients were cheap. I just got into my work and this is what I did right away because there was no rice ready for the diners this morning for their breakfast. Because the rice is hot it really makes me sweat when I do this because of the steam coming out of the rice. I was surprised earlier that I was supposed to be on my way home but when I looked at the tire of my motorcycle it was empty of air. I immediately asked my co-worker where there was a vulcanizing shop, fortunately there was a vulcanizing shop near where I work so I immediately brought my motor there. We came home from voting and I really feel very tired because since I entered my work this morning, my work has continued until my duty is over. When I got home from work we immediately headed to the place where we were going to vote. My wife went to her parents' house yesterday because it was also a fiesta in their place and she also planned to visit her parents. Fresh fruits from the farm🏡😋. We just came home from my wife's parents' house. When I came home from work earlier, I immediately went to their house to accompany my wife and son home to our house. These are the fruits we brought, guyabano, jackfruit, lime and coconut. Although lime is not really a fruit because it is very sour but it is delicious in cooking and can be used as a sauce for dishes every time we eat. Because of the excessive amount of lime we brought yesterday from my wife’s parents we thought of selling some of it and it might rot and be useless. We put it in plastic wrapp of 15 pieces each for the amount of 5 pesos per plastic. My two nephews love it to sell and they bring to the houses of our neighbors to offer them🏡. And later if they sold out the lime we will give moneybaa their commission 😊.

Grilled pork and chicken for dinner is definitely delicious especially here in Philippines.🇵🇭 Filipinos really like grilled meats. Although I also really love grilling especially when it is marinated. I cook grilled dishes every day because it is also one of the main dishes sold here in the restaurant. I just got home from my work and I am thankful because I got home safely and without rain. I'm not too tired but I really feel sleepy. I went home right away even though I hadn't eaten yet and I just planned to eat my dinner here at home. The vegetables in our backyard garden are plentiful again and later I will be able to harvest beans again to mix with my dishes. Today is my restday so I can rest from my stressful surroundings at work. Later we will go to town to buy the things we will need here at home, our town is a bit far and we still have to ride a motorcycle or maybe a bus to get there.
