My older brothers and my brother -in -law are just come from the sea because they went last night to catch fish with their bow🐠🐟🌊. They didn't catch much but it's okay to cook it for a dish this afternoon and the others will be sold as well. My wife bought half a kilo of squid that they caught and this is also our dish this lunch time. Good morning noisers and happy Sabbath to all of us!

You can see many kinds of marine fish here. Fish contains a lot of vitamins, minerals and proteins. However, I did not eat much marine fish because I ran from the sea
