Life is not a bed of roses, and each person has their share of negative experiences. However, on an everyday basis, if you love her steadfastly, you can also be happy.
There are people who eat in a balanced way, sleep well, know how to control their temperamental attacks, control their tensions and fight their irrational fears, in other words, they have decided to neutralize all the negative traits of their personality, however, the positive traits such as joy and optimism still eludes you. Maintaining emotional health requires a certain maturity. Emotional maturity, however, is not something you get in a day. As some mental health experts explain, maturity is a process, something we continue to work on throughout our lives. From the point of view of specialists, the main aspects of maturity are:
Sense of the way in which our actions affect others and ourselves.
Ability to endure frustrations.
Mastery of our emotions.
Faculty of empathy.
Desire to attend to our needs.
