Migraine pain is tolerated by some patients. Pain is started half of forehead and then spread to whole head. The symptoms are some time nausea and or vomitting ,photophobia etc.
It occurs due to stress, insomnia,hormone deficiency and unhygienic foods.
Must avoid excessive long time vehicle's horn or high frequency sounds also...
The migraine's patients must have to follow a hygienic diet charts of foods.. Mostly long time empty stomach increases the migraine pain.never miss a meal in a day to avoid it.

Excessive sugar added foods.
Fast foods.
Ice creams.
Chips..
Chatni.
Peanut butter..
Dairy products.
And papaya
They increases the migrain pain worsly.
Excessive tea,coffee or cold water also increase the migraine pain.
So , please avoid these food who are suffering from this migraine pain. We can decrease our migrain pain by avoiding some foods in our daily life...
