Lung exercise to increase lung capasity

  • In covid-19, care of lung is more important as corona virus first attack lung and lung parenchyma. So , we have to do something to improve our lung capacity.

  • Lung exercise can be a good measure to improve lung capacity .

How we perform lung exercise:

1. We have to select an good environmental place of our house.

2. Sit like meditation position(sit with banding our leg together and hand over the thigh)

3. Close our eyes and try to relax mentally.

4. Breath through nose , it will be more good if you count 1-2 at this time.

5. Breath hold for 10sec.

6. Then breath out through mouth.

7. Repeat it 6/8 times.

Try to do this daily ......

Advantage of lung exercise:

When we perform lung exercise , lung express out toxic substance thus detoxification of blood occurs and purify o2. It is important as oxygen saturation fall in covid patient. That's why we have to improve our lung capacity to fight against corona pandemic.
