$70 Million protestor fund seized in HK, what does this mean for crypto?

In the last 24 hours, a $70 Million HKD fund for protestors, to pay for medical bills, legal fees, resources etc, was confiscated by the Hong Kong police. 4 people jailed and accused of money laundering. This is how they suppress free speech. What does this mean for crypto in HK?
