How can you survive during this depressing times?

During this pandemic times, most of us suffer from depression and anxiety. We want to talk personally to other people but the virus prohibit us to do so. Here are some tips that might help you overcome that devil inside you.

  1. Take 20- 30 mins. Exercise Not only that it is good for our health but it is good for our mental health. It refreshes you and gives motivation to start your day.
  2. Read light books( refrain from crime novels)
  3. Watch Motivational Videos
  4. Be grateful for what you have.
