How to Overcome Anxiety and Depression

All of this is anxiety and depression and there is no difference in what people with anxiety and depression do; it is just the nature of your brain reacting to stressful situations. Here is my experience I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression my dad was the one who noticed it first.

He got worried with my behavior and I didn't know how to take it. I used to wake up in the morning and just cry and cry and fall back asleep I didn't want to get up, I was upset because I felt bad. My brother asked me what was the problem was and I told him there is nothing wrong with me.

The way we looked at each other and interact, I had this feeling like my brother doesn't love me as much as I love him, I mean I am his Younger brother. He is the one who would help him no matter what so we were very close.

Your doctor can also help you determine if you are suffering from other mental health issues, and if so, develop an appropriate treatment plan.

When we are depressed we feel everything but ourselves. When we are anxious we constantly believe that we are dying. Those who are living with and have been living with anxiety know that you cannot exist without it, yet most of us live in a state of denial when we have a panic attack because for some reason we think we deserve to suffer.

We all deserve to suffer all the time because that's what people do when they are insecure, or feel like they aren't loved, or they didn't get what they wanted in life, or they didn't get the job they wanted, or they are losing their job. But the problem is, for most of us, we don't know this for most of us suffer because of something that we did or didn't do or because of a psychological condition.

Many people are suffering from depression and anxiety and this is one of the causes of people committing suicide instead of seeking for help.
